Reno Montebello has been a dedicated nurse since 1999, bringing decades of clinical experience and over 20 years of continuous service at Saint Vincent de Paul. Throughout his career, he has built strong clinical, organisational, and leadership skills, always placing patient-centred care at the heart of his work.
Currently serving as a Charge Nurse in the Day Clinic, Reno coordinates clinical services, supports multidisciplinary teams, and ensures high-quality care for older persons every day.

Known for his calm and approachable leadership style, Reno is passionate about teamwork, safety, dignity in care, and supporting both patients and colleagues in a demanding healthcare environment.

๐ Employee Recognition: Terence Cesare ๐
Terence Cesare began his career as a radiographer in 2009 and later advanced his expertise with a Masterโs in CT Imaging. In 2023, he joined Saint Vincent de Paul, where he now leads the Diagnostic Imaging Unit (DIU).
Since then, he has played a key role in expanding and modernising services, including the introduction of Bone Densitometry, CT, and MRI, while also improving patient pathways, accessibility, and overall service quality.
