Elections Commission of Maldives

The UN National Assessment Mission (NAM), led by Ms. Mikyong Kim, Chief of Mission and Political/Electoral Affairs Officer of the Electoral Assistance Division (EAD) of the United Nations, met with the Vice-President of the Elections Commission, Mr. Abdul Rahman Salah Rasheed, Secretary General Mr. Abdulla Unais, and other technical staff to identify potential areas of support for advancing the objectives outlined in the Commission’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and the Protection and Promotion of Multi-Party Democracy in the Maldives programme.
