Combination of different young professionals and experts in different fields. The organ targets both youth and young adults.

This is a crucial organ of the party since is combines different young professionals and experts in different fields. OP provides technical support to Young Patriots and Orange Intellectuals. The OP is also represented in all the provinces of Malawi, their role has been mobilising support from the youth and young adults, providing a platform for the young professionals participate meaningfully in political, social and economic development of the country.
