Public Health Institute of Malawi (PHIM) has released the latest statistics on cholera; The county has registered 25 cases in the past 28 days in Six districts. Currently, three districts are reporting cases with 6 admissions. A total of 6 cases have been changed from the treatment units. The situation is under control in three districts. One death has been registered in Blantyre.

Prevention is our best defense. Ensure you drink safe/boiled water, wash hands frequently with soap, and cook food thoroughly.
