Yesterday a team of UTM leaders from Rumphi District accompanied by regional Governor Dr Moses mlenga visited the new Themba lama Themba Chikulamayembe. The goal was to congratulate him for being approved as Paramount chief Chikulamayembe by the president and Tikuwonga pakupeleka mphaso ya ng'ombe kwa sawira withu.
