We’d like to say a huge thank you to the students of Ashville College and volunteers from Open Arms Malawi for visiting us and making July at Chankhasi School very exciting! The enthusiastic guests repainted three classrooms and built our first ever environmentally friendly 'eco-loo'. Mind you, it wasn't all hard labour as they also organised games and fun events for our learners. Thank you and we look forward to working with you again!

To help you overcome the January blues we thought we'd share one of our 2016 highlights. Happy Tuesday to you all and have a good week!

Their students taught our learners lots of interesting things. At the same time the BMIS students gained many insights into what it is like to be a Chankhasi learner. It was a great time for all and we hope that it will be repeated again soon.
