SNOWLAND RENOVATION & ENHANCEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you for your continued support and love for Snowland. ❤️

We would like to inform our valued guests that Snowland will be undergoing a scheduled renovation and enhancement project as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our facilities and creating an even better experience for our guests.

📅 Last Day of Operation: 20 September 2026
🛠️ Renovation Period: From 21 September 2026
📅 Expected Reopening: Late October to Early November 2026

During the renovation period, we will be carrying out improvements to selected areas within Snowland, including our interior decorations, ice sculptures, and overall environment. These enhancements are intended to create a refreshed and more enjoyable experience for our guests when we reopen.

🎟️ Online Ticket Purchase Notice

Please be informed that online ticket sales for Snowland have been suspended since September 2026 during the renovation period.

However, if you have purchased a Snowland ticket online for a date that falls within the renovation period, please contact us via WhatsApp at 018-291 6777 for assistance with your refund.

💳 Annual Pass Validity Extension

We would also like to assure all Annual Pass holders whose passes remain active as of 21 September 2026, the commencement of our renovation period, that their pass validity will be automatically extended by one (1) month to compensate for the temporary closure.

No additional action or application is required.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support during this period of improvement.

We look forward to welcoming you back to a refreshed SnowLand and providing you with an enhanced experience.
