1）房子银行贷款 Morgage Loan (每个月还）
2）水电费 (每个月还）
3）物业费 Maintenance fee (每个月还）
4）门牌税 Assessment bill（每6个月还一次）
5）地税 Quit rent（一年一次）

B）投资买家（Investment ）~ 注重价钱多于价值，。投资者较注重的点～入场门槛，需要付的头期钱并同时向回报率看齐，谁是租客，如何装修得到高的租金回酬，价位升值空间。
