Freelance Relocation Consultant - DSP Relocations Malaysia
DSP Relocations Malaysia is seeking freelance, part-time Relocation Consultants to support expatriate families as they settle into their new lives in Malaysia.
If you enjoy meeting new people, have strong communication skills, and want to represent a respected relocation company, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Welcome and guide expatriates during their home search, school search, and settling-in process
Drive and accompany assignees to appointments and property viewings
Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic client service
Update service information accurately into our RelocationOnline platform (training provided)
Conduct property handovers (move-in/move-out) and complete required documentation
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and vehicle presentation
Who You Are:
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Fluent in English (additional languages like Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possess a valid driver's license and have your own clean, well-maintained vehicle
Confident using Waze/Google Maps for navigation
Comfortable working independently and managing your own assignments
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
Prior experience in relocation, hospitality, real estate, or customer service is highly desirable
Key Requirements:
Freelance/part-time role based on assignments (flexible schedule)
Available to work weekdays and occasionally weekends if needed
Based in Greater Kuala Lumpur (Mont Kiara, KLCC, Bangsar, etc.)
Own smartphone and internet access for updates and communication
