Gulai Tempoyak
A few days ago I was lost for ideas on what to have for dinner. Then suddenly Tuanku Permaisuri's recipe for Gulai Tempoyak popped up in my news feed.
It was my first time making it & alhamdulillah to my surprise it turned out good. A pat to myself on the back 😁
Instead of ikan patin, I used siakap. It was delicious 🤤

Though in mini, it is still loaded with fruits and only uses pure butter for that delightful taste. Perfect as gifts too.
Our mini weighs about 200g and going at RM12 each.
The regular size is also now in stock at RM45 per cake.
Bila assistants dah balik asrama masing-masing, maka mak perlu ambik mood yang mendalam untuk siapkan stok fruitcake yang dah hampir 2 minggu ketandusan.
Insyaallah by next week the fruitcakes will be available.
