🎒📚 MAYOR PERSONALLY DELIVERS BACK-TO-SCHOOL DONATIONS IN KARASBURG 🧼🩸

The Mayor of Karasburg, together with officials from the Karasburg Town Council, personally visited schools and hostels across the Karasburg jurisdiction to deliver stationery and sanitary product donations as part of the Council’s Back-to-School Initiative.

Among the institutions visited was Bet-el Hostel, a truly commendable facility that continues to provide care and support to needy learners, and Ernst Jager Combined School, which plays a vital role in shaping the future of our young people.

These visits reflect the Mayor’s commitment to ensuring that Council support reaches learners directly and that no child is left behind due to a lack of basic educational or personal care resources.

Education and learner welfare remain a priority for the Karasburg Town Council. Through hands-on leadership and community engagement, Council continues to stand with schools, hostels, educators, and learners.

We commend all educators, caregivers, and management teams for the important work they do in serving our children and the community at large.

The Office of the Mayor, Karasburg Town Council, is proud to announce the donation of stationery to all schools and sanitary products to all hostels within the Karasburg jurisdiction as part of our Back-to-School Initiative for 2026.

This initiative is aimed at supporting our learners at the start of the academic year by ensuring they have access to essential learning materials and that learners residing in hostels, particularly young girls and boys, are supported with dignity and care.

Education remains a priority for the Karasburg Town Council. Through practical interventions like this, Council continues to invest in the future of our children and the development of our community.

We extend our appreciation to school management, hostel supervisors, the Education Circuit Office, and all stakeholders for their continued cooperation and partnership.

Together, we can build a supportive environment where every learner has an opportunity to succeed.
