Frans King Moyo, this is or might be one of the most dumbest questions ever asked. Obviously private pharmacies are private businesses and are privately owned, their owners buy those medicines, public hospitals are state owned and government doesn't buy a lot of medicines, they just buy what they think will be helpful, it's as simple as that🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
