The All Progressive Congress (APC) CHAIRMANSHIPS CANDIDATE and Vice chairmanships candidate consult and interface with Leaders,Elders, Women Youths of Abak 1.
Comr.Utip Jeremiah who performed the tone setting presented the Authentic Candidates of the party to the party men and women who will stand Election on 5th October 2024.
During the meeting the leader of the party Rt Hon. Joseph Ikpaisong Inyang , Thank the duo for Respect the have for the ward in finding time to consult the ward ahead their chairmanships Race.
The leader who is a former Elected Vice Chairman and Elected chairman of Abak LGA express his confidence and satisfaction in their candidacy who poured encomium and Blessed them to be successful in their race just as he succeeded.
He Also bless the councilorship candidate, Mr Uduak Thompson for leading by example and prayed he remains committed to the course of serving his people making sure he brings dividends to the people of Ward.
The CHAIRMANSHIPS CANDIDATE And Vice Thank the Good people of Abak 1 for the privilege and confidence the have in them to become Authentic Candidates of the party. He promised to always work and support the people of the Ward and assured that the interest of the Ward will be and always be protected.He added that with LGA Autonomy,the people should expect more from him in terms Infrastructure, human capital development, social and capital investment, security of lives and Property and shared prosperity is what he assured the people that his government will do.
He therefore beacon on the support and votes of the people across party lines stressing that is not only APC that will benefit from his good governance but the entire people of Abak.

HON AUGUSTINE EDEM AND VICE WELCOME HON FRIDAY IWOK AS HE DECAMPS FROM YPP TO APC
It was a moment of heightened happiness for the All Progressives Congress Abak Chapter as they welcomed the former two times Honourable Member, Akwa Ibom State House Assembly, for Abak State Constituency, Rt.Hon.(Elder) Dr Friday Iwok into the APC Fold today 7th September, 2024.
The event which took place at the Civic Centre, Eastern Annang Development Centre Abiaokpo-Otoro, Abak L.G.Area, had the presence of many illustrious Akwa Ibom sons and daughters and highly placed executives and members of Abak APC.
While speaking during the event, Hon Augustine Edem said it was a thing of joy to have a very dignified politician like Rt.Hon.(Elder) Friday Iwok find the APC as the best family to join, promising the newest member of the APC togetherness and growth.
The reception and acceptance ceremony of Elder Friday Iwok and his followers was done in the presence of the Member Representing Abak/Etim Ekpo/Ika Federal Constituency, Hon. Clement Jimbo, Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District Chairman of APC, Obong Joseph Tombere (Patom), Hon. Enefiok Ekefre, Hon. Kennedy Ekong, Hon. Bemjamin Okoko, DIG Udom Ekpoudom Rtd, Hon. In a groundbreaking display of solidarity, the incoming Chairman of Abak Local Government Area, Hon. Augustine Anthony Edem, stormed Ikot Odiong village, Afaha Obong Ward 1, with an electrifying presence that left the crowd in awe.
The gathering, masterfully organized by APC Chapter Women Leader, Mrs. Grace Ebong, and Councillorship candidate, Mr. Emmanuel Ekpo, was a resounding testament to Hon. Edem's soaring popularity.
As he arrived, the people of Ikot Odiong village erupted in a warm and rapturous welcome, declaring him the sole candidate for the upcoming local government poll. Yesterday, Abak APC Chairmanship Candidate, Hon. Augustine Edem demonstrated his commitment to grassroots development by attending the final novelty football competition organized by APC councillorship candidate for Abak Urban Ward 2, Mr. Nsikak Johnson Sandy.
Held at Nigerian Christian Bible College, Ikot Iyire, Ukpom town Abak, the event promoted unity and community engagement.
Hon. Edem was accompanied by notable dignitaries, including: Barr. Anthony Udonsa, SLA to the Senate President, Mr. Israel Udoekong, Abak APC Youth Leader, Mr. Itohowo Jonah Akpan, Mr. Regal Ibokette, Mr. Nsisong Nyong and oher esteemed party members.
