Are you a pastor?
evangelism?
chorister? etc.
How are you working to perfect your calling in Christ..
Most people work for God just for formality, to bear names, I am this I am that in the church..
How are you working on your calling?
Remember on that faithful day if your works are not worth before God he will say depart from my side bcoz I know you not..
N it will an abomination to work for God without reward..
The Bible says on that day books shall be open n ur rewards shall be given to you according to your works....
Mind you not the books of committee or unions but the books that contains your work in Christ...
Brethren work while it is day for the night cometh where no man can work...
The night here refers to your old age n when there is no more strength in you .
Why not accept your calling now n work on it while it is day...

Take Cover

An incoming stone does not blind a man. If you can see it coming, then it will certainly not make you blind. And if you can see it coming, even if you don't want to consciously avoid it, your reflex will.

There are some relationships that some of you are into right now, you already know how it will end. The relationship has brought out the worst in you, it has made you do things you keep regretting everyday. Your reflex is even pushing you out of the relationship, but you are still stubborn and would not want to call it a quit. Soon it will break you and by then it will be too late.

There are some businesses some of you are into, you already know how it will turn out to be. You can smell how much blindness it will bring to you if it finally hits you. But what do you do? You still sit tight feeling that your eyes will be stronger than the incoming stone. Soon, the stone will hit you blind and in your blindness you will begin to put all the blames on the innocent Satan that is just on his own chilling in hell fire.

My dear friends, there is nothing that will come to you that you won't get the sign(s) ahead. Most see the signs and ignore them. Most are too busy with things that are not important and end up not paying attention to the signs.

It is only inanimate objects like this Mango fruits that will see an incoming stone and not take cover. Even David in the Bible, he saw how Saul was after his life, he took cover. Even Joseph, he saw how Potiphar's wife was after his body, he took cover and ran. Even Jesus, the Angel saw how Herod was after his life as an infant, he told his parents and they took cover and ran to Egypt.

Friends, take cover. Don't be like Mangoes. Do something and do it fast. If it is not adding any value to you, it is killing you. Don't wait until you are dead. The only thing we tell dead people is "rest in peace," and that does not even mean you will find rest not to talk of peace.
