The FarmerMoni (Dry & Wet Season) Media sensitization exercise was held today in Uyo, strengthening efforts to empower farmers with accessible financing for year-round agricultural production.

GEEP 3.0 FarmerMoni Media Outreach – Ondo Southwest

A media sensitization and outreach campaign was carried out today in Southwest Ondo State to promote the GEEP 3.0 Dry and Wet Season FarmerMoni Loan Programme. The engagement brought together key stakeholders, beneficiaries, media representatives, and community members to deepen awareness on how farmers and petty traders can access the interest-free loan scheme to support their seasonal activities.

The initiative, driven by the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) under the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), highlights the Federal Government’s commitment under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to strengthening food security, boosting agricultural productivity, and empowering grassroots entrepreneurs.

Participants were guided on eligibility, application processes, and the importance of loan repayment in sustaining the programme. The outreach also emphasized the role of the media in amplifying accurate information and ensuring wider community participation.

The National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) invites farmers, youth, and agro-entrepreneurs in Ondo State to a sensitization program on GEEP 3.0 FarmerMoni.

The event will create awareness on how smallholder farmers can access government backed financial support and empowerment opportunities aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods in Southwest Nigeria.

Yesterday, a GEEP sensitization program was held at the Coronation Hall, Government House, Kano State.

This initiative, under the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) and Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP), reflects the Federal Government’s strong commitment—under the leadership of Bola Ahmed Tinubu—to supporting small-scale businesses and strengthening the nation’s economy.

Kano State continues to play a vital role in driving commerce, expanding financial inclusion, and creating employment opportunities for its people.

🌱 GEEP 3.0 FarmerMoni Update (Jigawa)

The Federal Government, led by Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting smallholder farmers through GEEP 3.0 FarmerMoni.

Representing National Social Investment Programme Agency, Hamza Baba led a sensitization programme in Jigawa to guide beneficiaries on proper use of the loan.

Farmers were reminded that FarmerMoni is a repayable loan, not a grant, with flexible repayment tied to farming cycles. The programme aims to boost productivity, ensure accountability, and strengthen food security.

A ranar 25 ga Maris, 2026, an Abuja, GEEP ƙarƙashin National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), ta sanya hannu kan Yarjejeniyar Fahimtar Juna (MoU) da National Identity Management Commission Yarjejeniyar, wadda Hamza Ibrahim Baba da Abisoye Coker-Odusote s**a sanya wa hannu, ta kafa haɗin gwiwa kan Katin Gwamnati-zuwa-Jama’a (G2P) mai amfani da NIN domin amfanin masu cin gajiyar GEEP.

Wannan shiri zai ƙarfafa gaskiya da rikon amana, ya inganta tantancewa da zaɓen masu cin gajiya, tare da tabbatar da kai tallafin gwamnati kai tsaye ga waɗanda s**a cancanta.

GEEP Partners NIMC on G2P Card Initiative

GEEP, under the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Identity Management Commission on March 25, 2026, in Abuja.

The agreement, signed by Hamza Ibrahim Baba and Abisoye Coker-Odusote, established collaboration on the NIN-enabled Government-to-People (G2P) Card for GEEP beneficiaries.

The initiative strengthened transparency, improved beneficiary targeting, and ensured direct delivery of government support to those who need it most.

A major step forward for efficient and accountable social investment in Nigeria.

On 11th February 2026, the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) successfully flagged off the Renewed Hope FarmerMoni Dry/Wet Season Initiative, reinforcing the Federal Government’s commitment to supporting smallholder farmers, strengthening food security, and empowering grassroots businesses across Nigeria.

The event brought together key government officials, development partners, farmer associations, and beneficiaries in a strong show of support for agricultural empowerment and financial inclusion.

Distinguished dignitaries present included Ministers of the Federal Republic, members of the National Assembly, senior government officials, GEEP State Program Managers, and representatives of major institutions such as the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) as well as Head’s of Non-Governmental Organizations.

The Renewed Hope FarmerMoni initiative continues to expand access to microcredit for farmers and rural entrepreneurs, helping to boost productivity, livelihoods, and national economic growth.
