This week was momentous as I celebrated my 69th birthday surrounded by wishes from family, friends, associates, and many well-wishers.

I am incredibly thankful to Almighty Allah for granting me the opportunity to witness this year and continue positively impacting numerous people.

I extend my sincere gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his heartfelt words. I also express my gratitude to former Heads of State, Generals Olusegun Obasanjo, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, Abdussalam Abubakar, and President Goodluck Jonathan for their goodwill messages.

I am also grateful to His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President of Nigeria, and General TY Danjuma for their wishes.

Profound appreciation goes to my brothers, Senator Bukola Saraki, HE Peter Obi, and other former governors and ministers for their messages of solidarity.

Special gratitude and appreciation go to His Excellency, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Executive Governor of Kano, for his immense support over the past days. I am also thankful to his Deputy, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon. Jibrin Falgore, Senator Rufai Sani Hanga, and members of the Kano State Executive Council, our representatives at the National and State House of Assembly, for their efforts.

I also want to express my gratitude to the National and State Leaderships of the NNPP, under the leadership of Honourable Ajuji Ahmed, our former Vice Presidential candidate, Archbishop Isaac Idahosa, AVM John Ifemije, and our former National Chairman, Dr. Boniface Aniebonam. Their presence in Kano to celebrate this momentous occasion and their well-wishes mean a lot to us.

The Local Government Chairmen and their Councils, led by Hajiya Sa’adatu Yushau Soja, under the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), Kano State, played a significant role, and I truly appreciate their support.

I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our Special Advisers, Assistants, Reporters, Director-Generals, and all heads of parastatals, as well as all government appointees in Kano.

Special thanks go to Alhaji Nasiru Danfaranshi and other members of the Kano Business Community for their unwavering support.

Sincere gratitude to our Kwankwasiyya entertainers, led by Alhaji Tijjani Gandu, and our Social Media Influencers for their contributions.

I extend my warmest congratulations to the new leadership of the Kwankwasiyya Scholars Assembly, led by Dr. Mansur Hassan. I wish them a very successful tenure.

I also want to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Yusuf Kofarmata, Commissioner for Science and Innovation in Kano. His leadership during his tenure as the pioneer president of the Scholars Assembly and his invaluable contributions to the events in Kano are truly commendable.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our associations, such as the Community Reorientation Committee (CRC), Lafiya Jari, Kano Propa, Kwankwasiyya, and many others.

We also appreciate the efforts of everyone who wished us well on different national dailies.

Importantly, we express our sincere gratitude to security personnel, members of the press, and all our numerous supporters and well-wishers for their invaluable messages that cannot be quantified.
