*WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOLA TINUBU'S CERTIFICATE FORGING HISTORY*

*1. Tinubu was born Amoda Ogunlere in Osun State, grew up as a street boy in Ibadan and shuttles in and out of Lagos.*

*2. He engaged in identity theft and adopted Bola A. Tinubu, the name of his female identity theft victim, as his new name.*

*3. He got hold of his victim’s Cambridge GCE A’Level certificate and travelled to the USA with the stolen identity.*

*4. The Cambridge GCE A’Level examination in Tinubu’s possession used to be called “IJMB”. It was designed deliberately by the British mainly for northern students who were finding the regular GCE A’Level examinations too difficult.*

*Southerners write the regular GCE A’Level examinations conducted by WAEC*

*5. Armed with the A’Level result, Tinubu sought admission into Richard Dailey College (also known as South West College, in Chicago).*

*6. His admission required him to present his O’Level result but because he did not have his identity theft victim’s O’Level results, he created the imaginary Government College, Lagos as the school that he attended and sat for his O’Level exams in 1970.*

*The school was actually established in 1974.*

*7. Tinubu was nonetheless admitted to Richard Dailey College because the American education system operates on the basis of Cumulative Credit Hours, which means you can be admitted into a college and continue to write other related subjects to correct your entry qualification deficiency before graduation.*

*8. Tinubu later transferred from Richard Dailey College to CSU. Based on the documents released by the CSU, it is only the Admission Letter (Exhibit CSU 0020) and the Students Registration Letter (Exhibit CSU 0025) that referred to him as “Mr. Tinubu”. In both letters, the “Mr. Tinubu” phrase and his residential address were superimposed on the letters, with obvious differences in words placement and alignment, character and fonts, and alphabet size. In one of the letters, his name and address were even handwritten.*

*9. While it is true that Tinubu attended the CSU, he did not graduate because the CSU informed him in June 1979 that he cannot graduate without passing 3 outstanding mandatory courses - Math 101 & 104; and ENG 222 (Exhibit CSU 0026). Also, there is no transcript evidence from CSU confirming that Tinubu eventually passed these 3 courses and graduated in the same 1979.*

*10. His failure to graduate from CSU was what motivated him to print his own “oluwole” diploma that he submitted to INEC. The question is - why would anyone submit a forged diploma to INEC when he or she can get the genuine version within 24 hours of requesting for it. It is on record that Tinubu, on 26 June 2023 (even before commencement of the Atiku Chicago lawsuit), requested the CSU to release his academic records to his lawyer - Oluwole Afolabi, and Afolabi got the documents same day (see Exhibits CSU 0014 and CSU 0013).*

*11. Meanwhile, the supposed classmate of Tinubu that claimed Tinubu contested with him for the presidency of the CSU Accounting Students Association clearly protected himself under oath by limiting his deposition to Tinubu’s attendance at CSU, avoiding any mention of graduation. He surely knows the implication of lying on oath more than Tinubu.*

*12. The above revelations are the reasons why Tinubu has been juggling his academic records in a bid to hide the identity theft and his non graduation. Some of the inconsistencies in the documents he voluntarily provided over the years, ON OATH, since he commenced his political journey are:*

*a) He claimed to have attended Christ School, Aroloya, Lagos (NOT TRUE!). The school has no record of his attendance.*

*b) He claimed to have attended Government College, Lagos (NOT TRUE!). The school was not existing when he claimed to be a student there.*

*c) He claimed to have attended Government College, Ibadan (NOT TRUE!). The schools has no record of his attendance.*

*d) He claimed to have attended University of Chicago, a federal university, different from the Chicago State University which is a state university (NOT TRUE!). The school has no record of his attendance.*

*e) He claimed to have been officially exempted from the NYSC programme on account of his age (NOT TRUE!). He only presented NYSC Discharge Certificate that bears the name of Bola ADEKUNLE Tinubu. This “ADEKUNLE” is a new name that has no historical relationship with any know records of Tinubu?*

*f) He claimed to have attended Richard Dailey College (TRUE - but it was based on a stolen identity and stolen result of a woman named Bola Adebimpe Tinubu).*

*g) He claimed to have attended CSU (TRUE - he got admitted based on stolen identity/academic results but he did not graduate!!!).*
*h) he claimed to have obtained a graduation diploma from CSU in 1979 (NOT TRUE!). He forged a graduation diploma that the CSU has confirmed did not emanate from them.*
*i) He claimed to have worked in Deloitte (NOT TRUE!). Deloitte confirmed in writing that he was never their employee at any time.*
*j) He claimed to have worked in Mobil (TRUE - but he gamed Mobil to secure the employment based on cooked up identity and/or forged educational qualifications).*
*k) He claimed that Abibatu Mogaji, the late Ex-Iyaoloja General of Lagos was his mother (NOT TRUE!).*
*l) He claimed to be a blood line of the famous Tinubu family in Lagos Island (NOT TRUE!). He is not related to them in any way. A book by the then Head of the Tinubu Family, Kafaru Tinubu, clearly denied any such family relationship.*

*Tinubu was trained by the Chicago Mafia, one of the most dreaded in the world. He did drugs and money laundering business for them. With this background of Tinubu, is it not possible that he may have compromised some officials of CSU (the likes of Jamar Orr) to manipulate the CSU system and alter file documents in order to sustain the impression that he graduated in 1979?*

*Or could it be that the statement by CSU officials that he graduated was just a sneaky scheme to save themselves and their institution from bigger embarrassment and possible criminal liability with respect to this matter?*

*It is clear that there is no supporting transcript evidence that shows that Tinubu eventually passed the 3 outstanding mandatory courses and graduated from CSU.*

*This Tinubugate will surely embarrass a lot of individuals and institutions because a criminal investigation is already underway in the USA. The imminent investigation may provide additional damning information. Meanwhile, we are still awaiting the release of Tinubu’s 2,500 pages FBI files, which the FBI will be releasing in tranches of 500 copies per month, starting from this month (October).*

OBIDIENTS HAVE ONLY ONE CANDIDATE IN IMO STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION, ATHAN ACHONU.

Few weeks ago, the leadership and members of the Obidient family led by our principal, Peter Obi, were in Owerri, Imo state capital to flag off the governorship campaign of the Labour Party candidate, Distinguished Senator Athan Achonu. Present at the flag-off, were many other leaders of the party and Obidient family including the Abia State governor, Dr. Alex Otti, members of the National Working Committee and National Assembly members, including various stakeholders and party members.

At the function, our Principal, called all the Obidient family members in Imo state to file behind the Labour Party Candidate, Senator Achonu. He also said that Achonu stands tallest amongst other candidates in the contest having developed a programme well suited for Imolites which will end hunger, insecurity, unemployment which is very prevalent in the state under the current leadership.

Senator Achonu has been cleared by the National Executive Council of the party to fly its flag. His nomination has since been adopted by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the courts in the land including the Supreme Court has given recognition to Senator Achonu's candidacy.

I lay this foundation so as to make clarification on the directive by our Principal on who the Obidient Family and lovers of democracy, particularly in Imo state must file behind. The directive is very clear and unambiguous.

The Obidient Brand is a copyright ownership of our principal, Peter Obi. The Youth who believe in his style of leadership and politics with his messages which has resonated with the Nigerian youths, in this case especially with Imo Youth, have now been directed to file behind Senator Athan Achonu.

However, we are not unmindful of attempts by some politicians to poach into the Obidient Family and pursue an Identity Theft agenda. We are aware also that some political parties are making efforts to misdirect some of our family members. Two other parties which are contesting in the election, particularly, the PDP and APC are guilty as charged. We are aware that the intimidating activities of the Obidients all over have driven fears into them and the thought of confronting these followers of Peter Obi in the November 11 election has thrown spanners into their midst.

We are also not unmindful of huge resources being deployed by the state government as well as 4,000 fake job promises being offered to our members in order to poach them. As laughable as these offers and promises are, the Imo youths are much more intelligent and are not gullible . They can't compromise their future because of the antics of some failed politicians who have r***d Imo state and have encouraged insecurity for their selfish interest.

A new Imo is POssible again. A state where peace and security shall be the paramount of the government, a state where the youth will be assured of their future and no fake political promises will be given. A state where the resources of the state will be used purely for the development of the state and not for personal use of a few.

A better Imo state is 'Athanable' and Athan Achonu will emerge victoriously.

Having followed the prolonged identity crisis that recently played out in the American Court System and the controversy surrounding the authenticity of the Chicago State University credentials of Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I must confess that I am distressed as a Nigerian.

In addition to the barrage of media frenzy that the matter has triggered at home and abroad, I have had the unwholesome burden of responding to embarrassing questions about Nigeria’s overall credibility as a nation to privileged audiences and individuals both at home and abroad in different parts of the world where I have traveled lately.

To outsiders, the entire Chicago State University matter as well as Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s many other lingering identity question marks has further worsened Nigeria’s less-than-glorious image internationally. Uninformed outsiders now see every other Nigerian as a potential fraudster, certain forger, or identity thief. The controversy is unnecessary just as the implicit global embarrassment could have been avoided.

In my opinion, Chief Bola Tinubu should have saved the nation and himself from this protracted embarrassment and undue anxiety. Even this late in the day, however, Chief Bola Tinubu still owes the nation and the world a simple debt of obligation that only he can discharge. I call on him to immediately and personally mount the rostrum of his present high office to perform a simple task once and for all time. He should re-introduce himself to the nation he governs and to the world for the avoidance of further doubt. He should let the world know his name, nationality his place of birth, his parentage, the primary and secondary schools he attended with dates as well as the actual universities he attended and certificates obtained. He should indicate clearly where and when he did his National Youth Service. In addition, if at any time he has had a change of name, he should clearly state so and the circumstances. ELECTION TRIBUNAL JUDGEMENT: WE REJECT THE TINUBU USURPATION…CALL ON NIGERIANS ACROSS THE GLOBE TO COME OUT ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 TO OCCUPY THEIR LOCATIONS



Following the notorious judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) which displayed scant regard for the law and condoned the result of the electoral heist of February 25, 2023 which was foisted on Nigerians, the Big Tent Coalition rejects, in its entirety, the verdict of the five-man tribunal. We also reject the Tinubu usurpation because if the judiciary is determined to endorse it, we state our firm repudiation of their support for a usurpation.



We are further alarmed that our electoral commission organised an election with support from organisations who funded them like the European Union, whose election-monitoring reports clearly stated that the election was a farce but was blatantly ignored by a court system that says they did not prove the point. This is anarchy that we are moving toward, and so we are alerting the world that our institutions have failed the people and our nation is on a downward slide to fascism.



At a consultative meeting of the global leadership of The Big Tent, in response to the alarming judgement of the tribunal on September 6, 2023, it was resolved that we need to mobilise Nigerians to take our country back as we call on all Nigerians everywhere across the globe to come out on Tuesday, September 12 to occupy wherever it is that they choose to occupy because we cannot let our dear country collapse into the unfolding fascism. We now know we do not have a judiciary, but we cannot let our country collapse, so Nigerians across board must now arise to take back Nigeria. It is time to use the internet and other resources to mobilise all kinds of groups across the country to get Nigerians of all shades to reject the impending doom and strongly state that we cannot accept this present order. If we say it enough, something will give.



The Big Tent encourages Nigerians to raise slogans such as SLAVERY IS NOT AN OPTION, AND IF WE DIE, WE DIE, develop mobilisation specific to groups. Nigerians are encouraged to occupy wherever it is they choose to occupy, and emphatically state that we cannot let our country collapse.



Addressing the leadership of Big Tent, Professor Pat Utomi noted that fascism is targeted terrorism and fascists act like bullies who bully again and again after each success. According to him, “it’s now happening in our clime, which we first saw with the elections (on February 25) because through bullying, people forced their way and procured results (which was announced on March 1 at 4.10am). The judiciary has been dead for some time. I participated in a conference of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL) about three months ago and I saw former presidents of the NBA repeatedly describing the Nigerian judicial system as a joke. I called for restraint but after today (PEPT judgement) it is clear that even the lawyers know we don’t have a judiciary anymore.”

The founder of Big Tent also stated that “it is now impossible to save Nigeria without a focused resistance otherwise fascism will go from bullying this person to that person. Look at even the media as they have decided that certain media are not welcomed in the presidential villa. So we can only but expect more and more of this, and the only solution is RESISTANCE. There needs to be resistance from the diaspora, resistance from within, resistance from the youth, thought leaders. You cannot build a country on lies, on criminality and expect it to go anywhere.”


The Big Tent is resolute in its determination to champion the cause to take back our country because what is worse is to do nothing, recognising that it is the excuse the usurpers are using to deceive the world that the Nigerian people have moved. We urge the Nigerian people to show that they have not moved on because there are genuine reasons why to accept this status quo is to move to the end of Nigeria. The naked truth is that we are fighting for the soul of Nigeria right now.



We therefore enjoin all well-meaning Nigerians to join us as we also embark on a massive education of the people, because even as we encourage and mobilise to get on the streets it is important to reach the soul of the people who are getting on the streets to make them understand why they are getting on the streets. Nigeria is already effectively a criminal enterprise because the crop of the present leadership elite involved in making major leadership decisions are persons of questionable character.



We are also not unmindful that our country is not isolated and can be sucked into what is going on in the continent – the anger of the young people of the continent of Africa. If we do not move in a controlled manner we may end up like Somalia, which is why we should all feel agitated and have the sense of urgency about how we suggest that Nigeria cannot continue like this.



We encourage the many support groups of the Big Tent, Civil Society Organisations, pressure groups, organised labour, students, young professionals, diaspora communities, to quickly develop clear and lucid arguments to alert the world on what is happening in Nigeria. Groups should as a matter of necessity and enlightened self-interest mobilise and show why it is important to say that our country cannot continue like this on the road to Somalia.

It is important that the world knows that the people are dealing with the end of their country because they have been pushed to the wall, and are going ahead to do what they think is important to save their country no matter what anybody is saying to them.

When we started this journey for a new Nigeria, we didn’t know how entrenched the establishment was or how desperate they could be.

Nothing is too sacred and no institution is too precious in their quest to hold on to power and ruin our destinies.

However, we started this not for selfish gain but for love of country and patriotism. We will NOT back down even in the face of clear intimidation and manipulations.
The PEPT Judgement, an intense lo******ng session with technicalities that conceived Injustice cannot stop us.

If they think this is just about Peter Obi, they have it all wrong. This is about Nigeria and for every roadblock they mount to delay Peter’s coming, ten more Peters shall rise from amongst us to challenge them and we won’t stop challenging them until we triumph. We are all Peter Obi in this and the treatment meted out to him is meted out to ALL of us.

No insults from any injustice or their lapdogs shall deter us. Smart Obidients worldwide are working round the clock to achieve a checkmate at the Supreme Court.

To all those who feel down, know It is darkest before dawn and no matter how long the night may be, day will surely break. As we test each Nigerian institution, place it under scrutiny and watch it buckle and fail, we take judicial notice of what is to be reformed in our New Nigeria.

When day finally breaks, we pledge to reform those institutions for the good of Nigerians and bring to account those who bastardized them.
We are down but not out and we will rebound!

We are the lights in all this, the silver lining in the cloud, so we must never give up. They want us to abandon the political space for them and by so doing abandon our country? HOW CAN WE?

We are the answer to the prayers of downtrodden Nigerians for a better country, we are the Justice Nigerians have been longing for, the custodians of the dreams of the Generations unborn, the hope of the common man, the beautiful ones that were foretold. We must remember, quitters NEVER win. That is what the establishment wants.

They want us to be frustrated and give up. It is psychology 101. Do NOT give them an inch, do not be weary my dear comrades, do not feel crestfallen, do not feel sad, pick yourself up and dust your armor, the fight is not over yet.

You still have some fight left in you. Search deep, you’re not ready to leave this battle yet. The War isn’t over yet. No retreat, no surrender!
Whatever they think they control, whatever they think they own, they do not have majority of Nigerians behind them. WE DO! THIS IS A MARATHON!

We can wear them out and take our country back from them. If the Injustices felt irritated, it means our message got to them. We got under their skin. We won’t stop until they see us in their dreams and nightmares. We will track all their cases henceforth and shall be watching them like the eagle. We won’t stop until we achieve our dream for a New Nigeria that has no space for corruption in the Judiciary.

We are SOLIDLY behind Peter Obi as he marches to the Supreme Court. This is not just about reclaiming a mandate, it is about reclaiming our country.

Let me state categorically that we at the Coalition of Support Groups (CSG) absolutely condemn and reject the PEPC lopsided Judgement of 6th September 2023.

The judgement is unacceptable in its entirety. Accepting such judgement is as good as concluding that the Nigerian constitution is dead

Though All Eyes will now be on The Supreme Court, we will not leave it at that. We will explore other alternatives where necessary to Reclaim the Nigerian Mandate

The court didn't broadcast their intelligence to the world, but was quick to tell the world they didn't do well to prove anything.

If you are Obidient and you have been following through the court proceedings, you will know they knocked down APC/INEC legal teams.

Like INEC did, the Judges already have a destination in mind, and they used almost 24 hours defending Tinubu/APC/INEC, while hiding their faces behind camera. They set a new judicial precedent, while burying our constitution.
