STATE COORDINATOR OF NATIONAL YOUTH THINK TANK GROUP NEEDED

This is to inform the general public especially young people that National Youth Think Tank Group (NYTTG) is looking for young Nigerians to fill the vacancy position of State Coordinator across the 36 states of the federation and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) respectively.

The NYTTG is a policy youth group and need State Coordinators from the 36 States of the federation including FCT to coordinate the activities and programs of the group as contain in its founding document.

For you to qualify as a State Coordinator, you must be an advocate of good governance and policy implementation, have knowledge about public policy, be a holder of ND, HND, B.Sc, etc, must resident in Nigeria, have passion for development and the need for youth to be included in public policy formulation and implementation, must be ready to attend meetings and other activities no matter the location in the country as our meetings will be rotational.

The youth of Nigeria totally condemned the destruction of gas pipelines by Niger Delta Avengers and call for immediate ceasefire as the action will worsen our economic woes.

Nigeria is facing difficult moment since the assumption of office by the present administration. Oil prices has reduced to its lowest, Naira value has reduced and the economy is at risk. What do you think is the way forward for our country?

Nigerian youth are one of the best in the world with ideas and innovation to drive governance. What really prompt the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari not to appoint a single youth into his cabinet as minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria?

What action do you think the youth should take to address this anomaly and non inclusiviness in governance?

What are the expectations of young Nigerians input in the present administration where no single youth was appointed into President Buhari cabinet? Do you think they will voluntarily give out their ideas without being integrated into the mainstream of democratic governance?

Nigerian youth must wake up to their responsibilities by uniting to uplift our country. Nigeria is in dire need of leaders who will bring fresh ideas to governance. We have been cheated for supporting Buhari administration with no youth minister. We need to arise and build a formidable youth platform to defeat them at election period. Enough is Enough.

If you are a youth and believe in the strength of Nigerian Youth to make impact, please raise your voice to President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint some youth ministers to balance the youth inclusiveness in democratic governance.

The National Youth Think Tank Group condemn in strong terms the whopping N9 billion for National Assembly members and therefore ask a review of the money as a matter of priority for the interest of our country. We call on our lawmakers to focus more on their responsibilities rather than pursue selfish interest.
