Immediately after our engagement at the Yar’adua center, DG 4ward with Bola Tinubu 2027 ICG, Comr. Peter Ikpen Ilefa and other leaders quickly rushed into a strategic meeting with the Hon. Commissioner of Operations, Hajj Commission, at the Commission’s headquarters Abuja in preparation for the 5 Million Southern Endorsement Rally to be held in Calabar Cross River State on 27th November 2025.

Today the 28th October 2025, the Director General 4ward With Bola Tinubu 2027 ICG Official Comr. Ikpen Ilefa Peter led a team of the Independent Campaign Group to pay a visit to the National Youth Leader of the APC, Hon. Dayo Isreal, at the Youth House, Abuja.

The visit was aimed at building synergy towards the 4BAT 2027 5million Southern Endorsement Rally holding in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital.

High point of the visit, was the Endorsement of the forthcoming Rally by the APC Youth Leader

Cross River APC led by the State Party Chairman Chief Hon. Barr Alphonsus Ogar Eba and His Deputy, Endorse 4ward With Bola Tinubu 2027 ICG Official Southern 5million Endorsement Rally for Mr President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu taking place in Calabar on the 27th of November 2025.

As Cross River prepares to host the 17 states that makes up Southern Nigeria, our leaders are taking the lead towards making sure the proposed rally is successful.

This endorsement Rally is in Appreciation to Mr President for all his projects, empowerment, appointments and support for the South.

CROSS RIVER SPEAKER INAUGURATES LOC OF FIVE MILLION SOUTHERN ENDORSEMENT RALLY FOR TINUBU IN CALABAR

The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Elvert Ayambem, has inaugurated the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the upcoming Five Million Southern Endorsement Rally in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The mega rally, organised by an independent campaign group, 4ward With Bola Tinubu 2027 ICG Official , is scheduled to take place on 27th November 2025 in Calabar, the Cross River State capital. It is expected to attract participants from the 17 southern states across Nigeria.

While inaugurating the LOC, Speaker Ayambem said, "It is very obvious and evident that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu inherited the country that was almost at its precipice, and then within a span of two years, a lot has been put aright.

"In Cross River State, we will support in totality from our heart to preach the gospel of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's return come 2027."

The Speaker was accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, Hon Sylvester Agabi, member representing Etung, Hon Kingsley Ntui, member representing Yala 1, Hon. Brain Odey, and member representing Obubra 2, Hon. Egbe Jebengo.

Earlier, the Director General of Forward with Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Comr. Ikpen Ilefa Peter , in his remarks, explained the motive behind the southern mobilisation. He said, "From the south, we have decided to take the bull by the horn to lead this campaign because the maxim always says 'charity begins at home'.

"That is why we are all gathered here to inaugurate this local organising committee specifically for Cross River State towards the mobilisation for the endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu come 27th November 2025."

During the event, chairmen and secretaries of the various subcommittees were formally sworn in by Barr Victor Agba.

‎Earlier today, the Honourable Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Elvert Ayambem received delegates of Forward With Bola Ahmed Tinubu(4BAT) ICG Team — the leading national canvassers for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

‎The national contingent led by the Director General, Hon. Peter Ikpen Ilefa —payed a courtesy visit to the Speaker at his official residence, in Calabar— to formally intimate him on the idea of the Southern 5million Endorsement Rally which, according to the the DG, is aimed at endorsing President Tinubu for a second term. He insisted that the rally was a necessary step towards influencing organic support across the southern region while appreciating and promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu across Nigeria.

‎The DG seized the opportunity to canonically invite Speaker Ayambem to the official inauguration of the committees, tomorrow.

‎Responding, Speaker Ayambem appreciated the team for the initiative. He added that the vision was timely and that he will surely play a spearheading role to further sensitize the people of the possibilities of the Renewed Hope.

‎Speaker Ayambem noted that the Nigerian people have not thoroughly promoted the giant developmental strides and economic achievements of President Tinubu since assumption of office.

‎During his remarks, Speaker Ayambem applauded the efforts of President Tinubu and Governor Bassey Otu respectively.
‎He further highlighted similarities of President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda which propels national transformation and Governor Bassey Otu's People-First Mantra which delivers an all-inclusive seamless grassroot development across all strata.
