The Young progressive party fct chapter, today 22nd of January has successfully flagged off its campaign for the forthcoming 2026 area council election , marking a major milestone in the party’s march toward electoral victory.
‎The flag-off ceremony, held at the gwagwalada area council, Abuja witnessed massive attendance from the inec officials, ypp National headquarters, Fct state executives , area council executives, candidates, stakeholders, youth groups, women groups, and enthusiastic supporters from across the area council. The event featured the official presentation of chairmanship/ councillorship candidates contesting for various offices in the upcoming elections.
‎Speaking during the ceremony, the ypp fct state chairman hon. Abraham Adedotun called on supporters to remain united, peaceful, and committed throughout the electioneering period. He said that the party is entering the campaign season with unity, strength, and a clear vision for the future.
‎ The highlight of the event was the formal flag-off moment, symbolizing the official commencement of campaign activities across all wards, polling units, and constituencies within the state.
‎The Party executives expresses appreciation to all supporters, volunteers,, and stakeholders who contributed to the success of the campaign flag-off.
