It's a known fact that the lawmaker representing Afikpo North East constituency is not the type that shys away from responsibility.
All his decisions and moves are always geared towards creating impacts and changing the narrative.
As against what it used to be in the constituency, wherein some leaders hardly have any project traceable to their name but the emergence of Hon.PNoble has changed the narrative as the lawmaker has plastered his name on the streets of his constituency through his signature projects scattered across all the wards in his constituency.
Those he's paying their children school fees through his scholarship scheme, those he enrolled their children in skills acquisition and those he attracted diverse forms of state government projects to their community never ceases to sing his praises.
If one can purge out and sanitize his/her mind from sentiment and bias standing, he /she would completely agree with me that the lawmaker has performed very well within his short-stay in office, as against what it used to be.
Thank you CARDINAL POINT NEWSPAPERS for highlighting some of his achievements with pictorial evidences as attached below.
P.Noble is poised to doing more for the constituency and attracting government presence to other areas of his people's concern.
TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY.

I went out to buy a drink from one shop nearby.
The woman doesn’t sell canned drinks, only bottles. And she takes her bottles very seriously.
If you don’t return it, she can keep your change till you return her bottle.
I have one malt bottle in my house that I use for exchange. I will just carry my empty bottle, give her, collect my drink, and go home.
And this method has been working for me.
So today, I carried my usual empty malt bottle and went there.
I didn’t see the woman. I saw one small girl.
I have never seen her there before.
So I asked, “Where is mama?”
She said, “Mama is not around.”
I said, “Okay, can you sell drink for me?”
She said yes.
I told her the one I want.
And she brought it.
As she was giving me the drink, she said, “Mama said anybody that buys drink should return the bottle or I will keep the person’s change.”
I replied, “No problem na. I have bottle.”
So, I handed her my empty bottle.
She looked at me and asked, “How about our own bottle?”
I said, “This one I gave you is the bottle. You will hold this one instead of your own... It will serve as your own bottle, now.”
She collected it and said 'okay'…
but she stood there staring at me, and I left.
5 minutes later in my house… I heard a knock on my door.
I opened it.
It was the same girl.
She asked; 'please, are you done with the drink?'
I replied: "why are you asking?".
She said, “because, I came to return your bottle so that you will give me our own.”
Ahhhh!! And na the same malt wey the girl sell give me o🥹😂
