YANKARI GAME RESERVE RECEIVES BRAND NEW VIEWING TRUCKS FROM ACReSAL PROJECT.

THE TASK TEAM LEADER OF THE ACReSAL PROJECT DR JOY AGENE HAS PRESENTED TWO BRAND NEW VIEWING TRUCKS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF YANKARI GAME RESERVE.

GOVERNOR BALA ABDULKADIR MOHAMMED RECEIVED THE TWO BRAND NEW VIEWING TRUCKS SHORTLY AFTER LAUNCHING THE PROJECT AT THE COMMAND GUEST INN.

HE SAID THE TRUCKS WOULD ASSIST THE GAME RESERVE IN MANY AREAS PARTICULARLY CONVEYING TOURISTS TO VARIOUS VIEWING POINTS IN THE RESERVE.

GENERAL MANAGER YANKARI GAME RESERVE COMMENDED GOVERNOR BALA ABDULKADIR MOHAMMED FOR HIS SUPPORT TO THE RESERVE AND THAT YANKARI GAME RESERVE WOULD PARTNER ACReSAL PROJECT IN DEVELOPING THE GAME RESERVE FOR CONTINUES DEVELOPMENT.

In line with our ongoing efforts to properly position YGR among the International Community of nature parks worldwide, we are delighted to announce that YGR is now an Associate Member of The International Rangers Federation.

This development comes with enormous advantages as our rangers community is allowed to fraternize with its colleagues from all over the world. Leading to exchange, or assimilation of best practices in park management.

Very soon
some of these values will begin to manifest as our rangers benefit from better training, and access to better kitting as a result of the exchange programs, and other collaborative activities organized by the IRF for its members.
