After six months of intensive hands-on training in Cybersecurity, beneficiaries of the Cybernations Programme are now taking and successfully completing the internationally recognized CompTIA Security+ certification exam — a major milestone in developing globally competitive digital talents in Bauchi State.

This achievement reflects the strong commitment of the administration of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed to youth empowerment, innovation, and digital transformation. Through strategic investments in technology and human capital development, Bauchi State continues to create opportunities that prepare young people for the future.

Procedure to download appointment letter
1. Login to your dashboard
2. Pay for CSC/TSC form and fill it
3. Update your documentation
4. Download CSC/TSC form and take it to any near by state high court for stamping
5. Upload the stamped CSC/TSC form
6. Wait for approval
7. Once approved download your appointment letter
8. Visit your MDA along side with all your original credentials for documentation

After 3 days of incredible pitching, innovation, and energy from girls across all six geopolitical zones, six teams have earned their place on the national stage.

Representing their regions at the Girls in ICT 2026 National Finals are: Abuja FCT (TechXpertz), Abia (Team Resonance), Bauchi (Hand that Speak), Cross River (Team Divas), Kano (Team Farmshield 360), Osun (Team Elite).

These six teams will compete for the national title on May 22nd in Abuja.

Congratulations to every girl who stepped up, showed out, and represented her state. The best is still ahead.

STARTUPS STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGEMENT AND VALIDATION MEETING

A successful Stakeholders Engagement for Startups was held yesterday, bringing together key players across the innovation ecosystem, including founders, investors, government representatives, tech hubs, and development partners. The session provided a dynamic platform for dialogue, collaboration, and validation of ideas aimed at strengthening the startup landscape. Participants shared insights on existing challenges, opportunities for growth, and strategies to enhance access to funding, mentorship, and enabling policies.

The engagement also featured interactive discussions and feedback sessions, where stakeholders contributed valuable recommendations to shape future initiatives and programs. Emphasis was placed on fostering partnerships, improving the regulatory environment, and building sustainable support systems for startups to thrive. The event concluded with a renewed commitment from all parties to work collaboratively towards driving innovation, economic growth, and entrepreneurship development within the ecosystem.
