Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board Bauchi.

The Bauchi state Christian pilgrims welfare board has announced this year's pilgrimage package of 717,000 and 942,000 naira respectively.

The acting Secretary of the board Mr Nathaniel muazu made the announcement today,while addressing news men in his office,said those travelling to Israel are expected to pay the sum of 717,000 while those en_route Nigeria to Greece or Nigeria rome 942000.

While appealing to prospective pilgrims to hasten the payment, due to delay in the pronouncement of the package by the board said 30 October is the date for the final screening of the pilgrims.

Mr Nathaniel further appeal to group, individuals as a matter of priority sponsor those who are willing to perform the religious rites and cannot afford such opportunities to enable them perform the pilgrimage.

Commenting on the preparation for the exercise, the secretary of the board,said 17 December has being scheduled for the take off of the pilgrims while they are expected to return to Nigeria latest before 25 December in other to spend Christmas with their family member's.

The chairman APC Igbo forum Bauchi state Mr Richard Ognouvo have visited the executive secretary of Christian pilgrims welfare board in his office today, in other to show him the campaign brand new car that was given to them by his Excellency the executive governor of Bauchi state Barr.M A Abubakar Esq.

The 2018 Pilgrims arrived Bauchi today after a successful pilgrimage Exercise.
Appreciating God for granting them safety through out their pilgrimage Exercise and hoping that God will Restore peace in Nigeria and the entire Bauchi state at large in the forthcoming General Elections.
