*EXTENSION OF THE WARD-TO-WARD ENROLLMENT PROGRAM*
Good afternoon colleagues.
Trust you are all doing very well.
Following the conclusion of the Six(6) weeks initial timeline for the ward enrolment project, the DG/CEO has graciously extended the ward-to-ward enrolment to another 3 months.
Thus far, the total enrolment figure recorded during this timeline stands at over 1.7m enrolments across the wards nationwide. This figure is considered poor considering the number of licensed FEPs and total number of onboarded devices on production at the backend.
Whilst I want to thank all the TDs, RCs , SCs and LGA Supervisors for all the sacrifices, efforts and commitment to the Ward Enrolment Project, it is also important to highlight that overall performance nationwide was not encouraging and a lot of challenges encountered were not properly followed up for resolutions.
To address the Partners/ Agents related issues, a meeting has been held with the FEPs to inform them of the extension , and equally review their performances/scorecard, with an appeal for improved performances going forward.
A meeting of the TDs has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday April 1st 2026 by 11 am for engagement on the ward Enrolment and future target areas.
RCs & SCs are strongly encouraged to throw up location-specific challenges to TDs for deliberation/resolution during this important meeting.
Thank you and have a beautiful and fruitful week.
