INNALILLAHI WAENNA ILAIHIRAJUUN
It is with profound sadness and a deep sense of national loss that we extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Former President Muhammadu Buhari, who died in London after months of illness.
Nigeria has indeed lost a visionary leader, a statesman, and a true patriot whose lifelong dedication to the service of our great nation will forever be remembered.
President Buhari served with unwavering commitment, integrity, and a firm belief in the unity and progress of Nigeria. His contributions to national development, particularly in the areas of security, anti-corruption, and infrastructure, remain etched in the annals of our history.
As we mourn this great loss, we also celebrate his enduring legacy and the values he stood for. We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings and grants him eternal rest in Aljannatul-Firdaus.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, the nation, and all who mourn him.

I recently had the privilege of attending a study tour in Abeokuta, Ogun State, as part of the "Nigeria for Women Project Scale-up." The tour encompassed diverse regions, including Yobe, Bayelsa, Adamawa, Ogun, and Borno states, with a focus on enhancing women's empowerment and addressing critical gender disparities,
The project aims to scale up initiatives that foster women's socio-economic development and leadership. During the tour, we engaged with local stakeholders, policymakers, and grassroots organizations to explore effective strategies for amplifying women's participation in governance, economic activities, and sustainable development,
The insights gained will be instrumental in shaping future interventions.
