City Boy Movement Yobe Engages Barr. Kashim Musa Tumsah, Seeks Strategic Guidance on Leadership and Progress
The City Boy Movement (CBM), Yobe State Chapter, paid a strategic stakeholder engagement visit to Barr. Kashim Musa Tumsah as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening unity, fostering collaboration, and consolidating support for progressive leadership across the state.
The delegation was led by the State Director, Dr. Muhammad Yahas, and comprised key members of the Movement, including the State Secretary, Bashir Mohammed Ranccas; the State Head of Stakeholders Engagement, Dr. Abubakar Mai Mala Buni, the SSA on Planning & Strategic Development, Hon. Ahmed Muhammed Gana; alongside other dedicated team members.
During the engagement, the State Secretary outlined the purpose of the visit, after which the Director presented the Movement’s vision, mission, and strategic action plan. The interaction created a valuable platform for insightful discussions centered on youth inclusion, political development, and advancing the ideals of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State and beyond.
The Movement also sought fatherly counsel from Barr. Tumsah, drawing from his wealth of experience and distinguished leadership trajectory. In his remarks, he commended the initiative and emphasized the need for sustained grassroots mobilization, strategic stakeholder engagement, and the ex*****on of impactful and sustainable projects as pillars for building a united and inclusive political structure.
He further highlighted notable synergies between the City Boy Movement and the KMT Movement, particularly in areas such as youth empowerment, girl-child and boy-child education, economic development, and poverty alleviation.
Barr. Tumsah also underscored the importance of mentorship among young people, noting that nurturing emerging leaders is essential to securing a sustainable and prosperous future for Yobe State. He expressed strong optimism in the quality and capacity of young individuals stepping into the political space, affirming that the future of the state is indeed bright and promising.
In response, the City Boy Movement reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to promoting good governance, empowering young people, and supporting the leadership of the party at all levels, including all APC candidates in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
The visit concluded with prayers for the peace, unity, and continued progress of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Yobe State, Governor Mai Mala Buni, and all leaders across the state for a more prosperous and stable future.
