Hearty Congratulations my Leader, Your Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, as you mark three years in office as the Executive Governor of Enugu State.

We the good people of Ezeagu Local Government Area are deeply grateful for your purposeful leadership, outstanding developmental projects, and commitment towards the growth of Enugu State at large. Looking back, your administration has touched every sector in Enugu State, and Ezeagu LGA have benefited massively from your disruptive innovation, from massive road construction projects to healthcare development through the construction of 20 Type-2 Primary Healthcare facilities across the local government area. You also built 20 Smart Green Schools for our children to learn in a better environment and compete with other students globally. The completed road projects and other ongoing road construction, water projects, human capital development, and the appointments of Ezeagu sons and daughters into key positions at the state level clearly show your love for our people.

I am happy to officially announce that on Tuesday, 27th May 2026, I received my Certificate of Return as the APC candidate for the forthcoming 2026 Chairmanship Election for Ezeagu LGA.

This came after the successful APC primary election held on 26th May 2026 across the 20 political wards of Ezeagu, where party delegates and members gave me their massive support and confidence.

I sincerely thank and appreciate my Leader, His Excellency, The Governor of Enugu state, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for his trust in me, leadership, encouragement, and fatherly support throughout this journey. Also my appreciation to the State APC Chairman, Dr. Martins Chinweike, Ezeagu party leaders, stakeholders, ward executives, supporters, and the good people of Ezeagu for standing strongly behind me. Thank you Ezeagu women for the solidarity.

This victory is not just for me alone, but for every son and daughter of Ezeagu who believes in progress, unity, and good governance.
By the grace of God, I remain fully ready to continue my service and I am committed to serving our people with honesty, dedication, renewed spirit and I will double in my efforts to move Ezeagu forward.

I am deeply humbled and grateful to God Almighty for the honour of emerging winner in the Ezeagu Local Government Chairmanship primaries held across the 20 political wards of Ezeagu with a resounding vote of 18,307.

This success and the peaceful election recorded yesterday, 26th May 2026, is a clear reflection of the trust and support from the delegates and people of our dear Local Government. I promise not to take it for granted. For the development of Ezeagu Local Government, we will double our efforts to do more for our people.

My sincere appreciation goes to my leader, His Excellency, Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, for his fatherly love, support, trust, and confidence reposed in me. Your leadership and belief in my capacity to serve have remained a great source of encouragement.
I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to the APC family, stakeholders, party leaders, and the good people of Ezeagu Local Government Area for standing with me and believing in my vision for our people. This victory and emerging as the APC candidate for the 2026 Chairmanship election is not just an honour, but a call to greater service. Today, I join families, teachers and the good people of Ezeagu Local Government to celebrate our wonderful children on this special Children’s Day celebration.

Children are the future of every society and the pride of every family. Your smiles, dreams and talents give us hope for a better tomorrow. We are proud of you all and we will continue to support your growth, education and welfare.
As a government, we remain committed to creating a peaceful, safe and friendly environment where every child in Ezeagu can learn, grow and achieve their dreams.

To every child in Ezeagu, always believe in yourselves, stay focused in your education, respect your parents and teachers, and continue to be good ambassadors of our dear local government. I pray that God will continue to protect, bless and guide all our children towards a bright and successful future.

Yesterday 22nd May 2026, at the International Conference Centre, I joined our great party members and Ndi Enugu for the official declaration of our amiable Governor, His Excellency Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, as the winner and APC Governorship candidate for the 2027 general Election.

As the council Chairman of Ezeagu LGA, it was a thing of joy to witness the massive support and unity shown by party faithfuls across the 17 Local Government Areas of Enugu State. The crowd and excitement at the event clearly showed that Ndi Enugu believe strongly in the good works and leadership of our Governor.
Our great party, APC, once again demonstrated strength, peace and togetherness as His Excellency emerged as the sole aspirant for the 2026 governorship primary election and was officially declared the party’s candidate with overwhelming support from all.

As we prepare for the 2027 general election, the people of Ezeagu local government remains fully ready and committed to supporting the continuity of this administration and its developmental strides.
