The Convener of Oyo APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju, popularly known as SDM, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Oyo State and Nigeria at large on the occasion of the Eid al-Kabir celebration.

In a statement made available to newsmen through the publicity secretary, Elder David Oluokun in Ibadan, Prince Adeyoju described Eid al-Kabir as a significant period that symbolizes sacrifice, obedience, and unwavering faith, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim.

He urged Muslims to reflect on these virtues and continue to uphold the teachings of Islam in their daily lives.

The APC chieftain also called for peaceful coexistence, unity, and love among Nigerians, irrespective of religious or ethnic differences.

He emphasized the importance of using the festive period to pray for the peace, progress, and stability of Oyo State and the nation as a whole.

Prince Adeyoju further encouraged citizens to support one another, especially the less privileged, in the spirit of the season, noting that acts of kindness and generosity remain central to the Eid celebration.

He prayed for Allah’s continued blessings, guidance, and protection upon all Muslim faithful, expressing hope that the season would bring renewed joy, prosperity, and harmony to every home.

Oyo APC Peace Advocates Urges APC Aspirants To Embrace Spirit Of Sportsmanship.

Oyo APC Peace Advocates has called on all Aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo state, to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship.

The Convener, Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM gave this admonishments through a Press release made available to Newsmen in Ibadan on Monday.

He said that the Peace Advocates is deeply concerned about the series of inflammatory comments being made by Aspirants and their supporters, most especially, on social media and regular media platforms.

He emphasized the fact that the Peace Advocates recognizes and respect the legitimate rights of every Aspirants to aspire for political offices.

He also said that in the present circumstance, there is bound to be misunderstandings, agitations and anger.

He however said that the Aspirants must not loose sight of the fact that the real enemies are the opposition political parties who will never pray for us to get things right.

" Oyo APC Peace Advocates believes in strength through unity".

" We believe and recognize individual's rights to aspire for political offices."

" We must however recognize the fact that the real enemies are out there, waiting for us to fail ".

" We plead with everyone to please embrace the spirit of sportsmanship ".

" We implore Aspirants and their supporters to please, endeavor to maintain restraints and desist from making inflammatory comments against individuals and the Party".

" We are aware that the processes of selecting candidates are ongoing and Expression of interest and Nomination Forms are being sold and purchased ".

" Let us trust in the process and be cautious in reacting negatively to issues, no matter how provoked we are ".

" The truth of this matter is that, for every positions, only a winner will emerge and when they do, it is incumbent on all of us to rally round them, regardless of our personal feelings ".

" We urge all our Aspirants to please continue the pursuit of their ambitions with decorum, bearing in minds the fact that the real enemies are the opposition political parties ".

**APC Peace Advocates Convener, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), Felicitates Christians on Easter**

The Convener of APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), has extended heartfelt greetings to Christians across Oyo State and Nigeria on the occasion of Easter.

In a goodwill message made available to journalists by the publicity secretary, Elder David Oluokun in Ibadan, Adeyoju congratulated the Christian faithful on the successful completion of the Lenten season, describing Easter as a symbol of hope, sacrifice, and renewal.

He urged Christians to reflect on the virtues of love, humility, and selflessness exemplified by Jesus Christ, stressing the need to promote peace, unity, and tolerance in society.

Adeyoju also called on members of the All Progressives Congress and Nigerians at large to use the occasion to pray for the peace, stability, and progress of the nation.

2027: Oyo Peace Advocates Call For Calm, Reassure Party Faithfuls On Transparent Processes Of Selecting Party Candidates.

The Convener of Oyo APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM, has called on party faithfuls across the 33 Local Governments of Oyo state, to be calm and trust in the process of rebuilding the structures of the party which Oyo APC Peace Advocates and critical Stakeholders within the Party have committed themselves to.

In a release made available to newsmen on behalf of the Group, Prince Adeyoju, SDM said that the Peace Advocates are aware of the tension which has been building in the party in the past 48 hours.

He assured party faithfuls to ignore unhealthy rumors and refrain from making inflammatory comments against party Leaders and themselves.

He reminds members of the APC that our common enemy are the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the Action Democratic Congress, ADC and other opposition political parties' within the state, who will never wish us to have peace and understanding within ourselves.

He emphasized that the task before us is enormous.

" We want to ensure that we record a higher number of votes for the president in 2027".

We want to ensure that we deliver our three Senators just as we did in 2023 but this time around, we want to deliver the fourteen seats in the House of Representatives ".

" Above all, we want to reclaim the seat of the Governor at Agodi and ensure that all our 32 candidates for the House of Assembly are returned ".

" It is achievable but only when we work harder in unity, under a transparent process which is acceptable to all", he said.

Prince Adeyoju reassured party faithfuls that the processes that will throw up candidates for all elective positions will not only be transparent, it will also involve the active participations of recognized party Leaders and critical Stakeholders.

He urge party members to eschew unnecessary distractions and anxiety, while also tasking them to continue sensitizing the public about the good work of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all our elected and appointed officials in Oyo state, who have been making the party proud.

**Oyo APC Peace Advocates Convener, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), Receives State Women Leader, Emerges Patron of APC Women in Oyo**

The Convener of OYO APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), has received the newly inaugurated Oyo State Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. (Mrs.) Kemi Opatunde, alongside other women leaders from across the three senatorial districts of the state during a courtesy visit.

The visit, which took place in Ibadan, brought together prominent women stakeholders within the party, who commended Adeyoju for his consistent support for women inclusion and grassroots mobilization.

In recognition of his contributions to the growth and unity of the party, Prince Adeyoju was conferred with the honorary title of Patron of APC Women in Oyo State.

Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM Congratulates Newly Constituted Oyo APC Party Executives, Stakeholders, On Behalf of oyo APC Peace Advocates.

Convener of Oyo APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM has congratulated the newly constituted Executives of Oyo APC and Party Stakeholders for the peaceful manner the Congresses of the Party from the Ward to the state levels were conducted.

Oyo APC conducted its state Congress on Tuesday, 3rd of March, 2026 at the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan and the exercise went peacefully with all the Stakeholders agreeing to a consensus arrangements.

Prior to that exercise, Wards and Local Governments Congresses have been held successfully across the 351 Wards and 33 Local Governments of Oyo state.

Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM, through a release made available to newsmen in ibadan by the Publicity secretary Elder David Oluokun on Friday, praise the patience and sacrifices of critical Stakeholders within the Party.

He specifically appreciates the efforts and commitments of Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi, Senator Ayoade Adeseun, H. E, Iyiola Oladokun, H. E, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan,H.E, Moses Alake , Senator Teslim Folarin, Hon. Minister Bayo Adelabu, Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, and his committee, all APC Senators and members of the House of Representatives.

The Convener of OYO APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju (SDM), has congratulated Honourable Wasiu Olawale Sadare on his re-election as the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State.

In a statement issued to journalists in Ibadan, Prince Adeyoju described Sadare’s re-election as a testament to his outstanding performance, dedication, and effective communication skills which have continued to project the image of the party positively across the state.

Adeyoju noted that Hon. Sadare has demonstrated loyalty, consistency, and professionalism in managing the party’s public affairs, adding that his return to office reflects the confidence reposed in him by party leaders and members.
