🛣️ Road to Renewal – Fwavwei Road, Rayfield Now Restored!
📍 Location: Fwavwei Road, Rayfield – Jos South
The rhythm of renewal continues across Plateau.
Today, we spotlight Fwavwei Road in Rayfield, a key access route that has now seen visible improvement through PSRMA’s ongoing rehabilitation works.
Thanks to the enduring commitment of His Excellency, Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and the dedicated oversight of Engr. Davou Luka, General Manager of the Plateau State Road Maintenance Agency (PSRMA), residents can now enjoy safer, smoother transit in this vibrant residential area.
Fwavwei Road is more than a route, it serves families, schools, small businesses in Rayfield. Its revival reflects the Governor’s inclusive and people-first governance style, where development doesn’t stop at major roads alone, but enters the very heart of our communities.
From city centers to inner roads. Plateau is being rebuilt, and every citizen is part of this progress.

🛣️ Road to Renewal – Zion Avenue, Rayfield Takes Shape!

Every road tells a story and Zion Avenue is writing a new one.
Once plagued by erosion and failed sections, Zion Avenue in Rayfield is now a site of active transformation as part of the Plateau State Road Maintenance Agency’s commitment to total infrastructure renewal.
Under the dynamic leadership of His Excellency, Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and the steady coordination of Engr. Davou Luka, General Manager of PSRMA, this residential-commercial artery is receiving a long-overdue facelift.
🔧 Failed portions: Excavated and reinforced
🚜 Earthworks: In full swing
🧱 Drainage and shoulder stabilization: Ongoing
🛣️ Surface preparation for overlay: In progress
Zion Avenue is home to homes, offices, and places of worship. Restoring this road is about restoring comfort, convenience, and confidence in government responsiveness.

🛣️ Road to Renewal – Hillstation to CBN Asphalt Overlay
📍 Location: Hillstation Road → CBN Roundabout
Progress is not just promised, it’s being delivered. The stretch from Hillstation Junction down to the CBN Roundabout has just undergone a fresh asphalt overlay, marking a significant milestone in Plateau’s road renewal journey.
Thanks to the forward thinking leadership of His Excellency, Governor Caleb Mutfwang, and the technical precision of the Plateau State Road Maintenance Agency (PSRMA) led by the results-driven Engr. Luka Davou, this critical inner-city corridor has been restored to smooth, motorable condition.
✅ Old, cracked surfaces: Milled and replaced
✅ Asphalt overlay: Completed with precision
✅ Road markings: Completed as scheduled
✅ Traffic movement: Restored to optimal flow
This road is central to government institutions, businesses, and civil service operations in the capital city. The new overlay has not only improved driveability but also uplifted the entire urban outlook, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to modernizing Plateau’s infrastructure.
