Earlier today, the Executive Chairman of Sanga Local Government, Hon. Anto Usman, joined the family, friends, and the ERCC congregation to honor the memory of Very Rev. Nuhu Idzi Awugo (Rtd.) , who passed away on May 30, 2026, at the age of 68.

Chairman Usman was present at the funeral service held at ERCC LCC Bethel Land, Gwantu, and also accompanied the mourners to the burial ground at Egbuila to pay his final respects.

From religious leaders, to traditional rulers, to political opponents, Hon. Anto Usman is receiving applause from every corner of Sanga.

Randa, Sanga LGA: The Executive Chairman of Sanga Local Government, Hon. Yakubu Anto Usman has distributed cash and essential items to the elderly, clergymen, women, and youth of his ancestral Randa Community.

Speaking through the District Head of Fadan Ninzo, HRH Mallam Ibrahim Mamman Anzah, Chairman Anto Usman called on the people to remain steadfast in their support for Governor Uba Sani and the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.

He noted that Governor Uba Sani's SUSTAIN Agenda has recorded significant gains in education, healthcare, agriculture, infrastructure, and human capital development, urging the community to reciprocate with their votes.

Community Leaders Support, Seek Road Intervention

Community leaders including the Village Head, Youth Leader, and Women Leader reaffirmed their loyalty to the Governor and the APC, while appealing for the construction of the Randa–Richu–Katanza rural road decades-old challenge that would boost trade and reconnect them to Nasarawa State and the FCT.

Special prayers were offered for peace and successful leadership in Kaduna State.

The Executive Chairman of Sanga Local Government, Hon. Anto Usman attended a strategic stakeholders engagement meeting for Local Government Chairmen at the Congress Hall, Transcorp Hotel, Abuja.

The high level session focused on strengthening grassroots governance, enhancing collaboration between LGAs and federal agencies, and advancing rural development initiatives aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Chairman Usman's participation underscores his commitment to proactive leadership and staying abreast of national policies that benefit the people of Sanga.
