1. On Wed 151000 Apr 26, the Comdt NDA, Maj Gen OT Olatoye, conducted the Comdt's Order for accused soldiers and cadets at the Comdt's Office, HQ NDA, Afaka, with the aim of maintaining discipline, ensuring accountability, and administering appropriate sanctions in line with extant military regulations. A total of fourteen (14) accused soldiers and cadets were tried. Eleven (11) escorts and ten (10) witnesses were in attendance. All accused personnel were thoroughly searched prior to entry into the Comdt's Office. The outcomes of the Order are as follows:

a. 12NA/67/4271 Cpl Saidu Abdullahi — Substance Abuse – To be tried by General Court Martial

b. 12NA/68/17269F Cpl Oguntuga Opeyemi — Theft – To be tried by General Court Martial

c. 14NA/071/13328 Cpl Ukwunna Ekene — Substance Abuse – To be tried by General Court Martial

d. 09NA/62/0518 Lcpl Folami Isa — Substance Abuse – To be tried by General Court Martial

e. 20NA/79/1064 Pte Mustapha Hussaini — Substance Abuse – To be tried by General Court Martial

f. NDA13984 CDT N Mahmood — AWOL and Substance Abuse – Dismissed from the Academy

g. NDA14203 CDT AK Adelokun — Physical Contact – Withdrawn from the Academy

h. NDA14284 CDT AD Anifowose — Brutality – Withdrawn from the Academy

i. NDA13999 CDT OD Akanni — Assault – Dismissed from the Academy

j. NDA14354 CDT DC Chima — Extortion and Misuse of Social Media – Withdrawn from the Academy

k. NDA14735 CDT M Manneh — Cannabis/Drug Abuse – Dismissed from the Academy (Allied Cadet – Gambia)

l. NDA14291 CDT GKY Linguissi — Theft – Dismissed from the Academy (Allied Cadet – Congo)

m. NDA15255 CDT ED Patrick — Theft – Dismissed from the Academy

n. SSC49/5713 CDT EO Uaboi — Theft – Dismissed from the Academy

2. The proceedings ended at about 1230 without incident. All cadets awarded dismissal or withdrawal were de-kitted accordingly, while cases recommended for trial by General Court Martial are to be processed and forwarded to the appropriate authority for further action. Relevant pictures attached.
