Driving Impact Through Review, Learning, and Planning in the WOFAN ICON2 Project

We had productive sessions reviewing activities carried out during the second quarter of the WOFAN ICON2 Project, assessing achievements, milestones, and key lessons from implementation across the project areas.

The meeting also created room for meaningful discussions on strategies and action plans for the next quarter to ensure improved performance and greater impact.

As part of the engagement, Extension Workers and Facilitators were trained on accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting to strengthen data quality and accountability within project implementation.

Together, we remain committed to learning, improving, and delivering sustainable impact for our communities.
