The interruption in water supply currently experienced in kaduna town and environs is as a result of prolonged public power failure at Kaduna North Water Works Malali (close to 20 hrs now). While regretting the inconveniences caused, we are assuring our customers that normal water operations will resume as soon as public power supply is restored at the water works.

Normal water supply operations suspended at the 27 million litres per day Kaduna South Water Treatment Plant, following the flood affecting the raw water intake station. Areas affected include Kakuri, parts of Barnawa, Unguwan Muazu, Kinkinau and Kachia Road. Normal operations to resume as soon as the situation normalizes. Inconveniences are highly regretted, please.

Replacement of damaged underground cable in progress at 90mld Malali Water Works.

Tracing a hitch along the underground cable feeding the chemical dosing unit of the 90mld Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Kaduna North, Malali. Presently, the WTP operates at about 40% capacity. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences, please.
