D-murruchy Initiative for Social Transformation is looking forward to mobilizing a team of "Change Makers" (Agents of Social Changes) for the development of effects solutions to some interweaving symptoms of major social problems deteriorating vulnerable communities.
* Participants of interest are expected to respond with a brief experience/observation on related topic (Ignorance as a factor influencing the symptoms of some complex social problems) among vulnerable communities.
* Prospective team members will be contacted through Facebook Massaging for stages/process of team mobilization.
* Participation is base on personal inspiration/motivation to the solution of social problems, regardless of religious affiliation or lack of it. (both Theist and Atheist are welcome).

Voices around the world are demanding for leadership role and direction in the fight against poverty, inequality, and climate change. To turn these demands into actions, world leaders gathered on 25 September, 2015, at the United Nations in New York to adopt the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
