Activity Conducted: Sensitization visit and sensitization session at mosque
Location/Venue: Market Road Mosque Kaduna South LGA, Kaduna State

Key Messages Delivered:
Education is the bedrock of national development; community support is critical in tackling high dropout rates, poor infrastructure, and economic hardship.
NELFUND Student Loan (2024): Interest-free, fully digital loan system for students (apply via https://nelfund.gov.ng).
Social Safety Nets Expansion: Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) to 2 million households and nationwide food support.
Renewed Hope Infrastructure Fund: Renovation of 500–700 rural schools; major national infrastructure.
RHAMP (Rural Agricultural Mechanization Programme): Access to tractors, seedlings, and fertilizers for farmers.
National Youth Investment Fund (NYIF): ₦110bn supporting 150,000 youths.
Digital learning tools and SUPA/Postgraduate support available for students.
Citizens encouraged to seek credible information from NOA, government portals, and the NOA Mobiliser App.
Parents & communities to strengthen PTA structures for school maintenance.
Flooding and Disaster Preparedness (Recurring Floods, NiMET Early Warning systems, Presidential Flood mitigation Directive 2024)
Security (Citizens to remain vigilant and report suspicious acts, Avoiding spreading rumours/ Fake news, Cooperate fully with security agencies and Promote peace and tolerance in communities)
National Values
Reorientation (Promoting discipline, Honesty, Integrity and patriotism)
National Identity and National Symbols (Declining respect for symbols and weak National unity)
Citizens should provide feedback through NOA offices, schools, and LGAs.
Citizen Feedback & Reactions:
Community members appreciated the Federal Government’s efforts which they saw as timely especially in National unity/ Cohesion, education and agriculture.
Religious leaders relished the feat on NELFUND opportunities.
Community members requested for the criteria for qualifications and the mode of application which was given to them.
Religious leaders called for repairs of Primary and Secondary schools.
Relevant information on Governments activities, Policies and programmes should be disseminated to them in good time.
Outcome/Immediate Impact:
Acquainting the populace with Government activities, Policies and programmes
Promoting National Values at the grassroots
Complementing the Government's efforts on security.
Respect for National Symbols.
Challenges and Lessons Learned
Insufficient publicity.
Recommendation:
Increased collaboration with religious leaders for continuous Enlightenment
The government should prioritize timely renovation of schools Kaduna South LGA under the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Fund and provide sufficient teachers in schools.
