Driving Reforms For Results In Kaduna State Public Service
The Department of Performance and Reforms Coordination Office of the Head of Service, today organized a step down training for Staff on Reforms, Resilience, and Result in Performance Management.
The Head of Service, Mrs Jummai C Bako, while addressing participants, emphasized that a resilient and performance- focused in Civil Service is critical to achieving the Kaduna State Government goals.
Stated that staff will be equipped with necessary tools to improve productivity track results, which will enhance with a better service delivery to citizens.
The Head of Service charged her staff to lead the change and extend the training to other Ministries, Departments, and Agencies.
She reiterated that, this initiative reinforces the State Government's commitment to a public service that works for the people.
