Gov. Yusuf Empowers 5,200 Women with ₦260 Million Business Support.

This evening, His Excellency, the Governor of Kano State, Alh. Abba Kabir Yusuf, launched Monthly women’s empowerment scheme designed to support 5,200 women across the state with ₦50,000 each, representing a total investment of ₦260 million.

The initiative is another significant step by the Governor Yusuf administration toward empowering women, strengthening small businesses, promoting self-reliance, and improving the economic well-being of families across Kano State.

Through this intervention, the administration is providing women with financial support to develop and expand their businesses, increase their income, and contribute more meaningfully to the local economy.

The scheme reflects Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s commitment to creating opportunities for women and ensuring that government interventions translate into tangible improvements in the lives of ordinary citizens.
