has undertaken an unscheduled supervisory visit to above mention private hospitals as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen service
delivery,data accuracy ,human resources, and quality of care across Gwale LGA.

2-Auwalu yahuza tsoho
3-Isa lawan yar tofa
4-Suleiman Ibrahim

A data must be recorded in general register and OPD register but a tweak record-keeping by storing in the computer system which was observe during the visit services rendered.

In response to the findings, the team directed immediate collections of data tools address the lapses identified.

This would enable Gwale LGA to capture all data at private health facilities

Week 03 lericc and lemchic meeting at Gwale primary health care department

All LGA teams and partners including newly posted cluster consultant and LGAF HAJIYA MARIYA and also SSA ALHAJI MUSTAPHA DISO were in attendance as the meeting was mainly discuss about medical waste which is containing infectious materials, body fluids, used sharps (needles, scalpels), dressings, drugs, or tissues, posing risks like infection, injury, and toxic effects if mishandled, requiring proper segregation and disposal to protect workers, patients, and the public
till their final disposal at Dorayi Babba MPHC

The PHC COORDINATOR ALH YAWALE SULEIMAN GULU lead the team with LGA FACILITATOR hajiya Fatima and health educator Gwale Alh habu Yusuf panshekara and dagachin Jaen Alh Ismail Sa'ad and ES Education and representative from sharada police station and DSS when resolving school non-compliance at layin makabarta at the ongoing Measles-Rubella Integrated Campaign. The team resolved the non-compliance mer​ci​less​ly in which 50 children were immunize

The health educator *Alhaji habu Yusuf* *panshekara* express his joy in explaining the role of environmental health officer (EHO) who protects the public by monitoring and enforcing health and hygiene regulations in the community, including inspecting food, water, air, and housing, managing waste, and investigating health hazards like pollution or disease outbreaks. Their duties encompass enforcement, education, emergency response, and collaboration with businesses and the public to ensure safe and healthy environments. Such as follows
