Good day please 🙏, I never knew a day will come that I'll write for the public to advise me. Please hide my identity.

I saw my period firstly February 2nd and lasted for 3 days , had some s*xual activity but no deep pe*******on but they was a s***m released close to my vag...in.al. Supposed to see my period around 26-28 February
Note: I have irregular menstrual cycle that varies from 24 -29.saw my period on march 1st that lasted for 2days instead of 3 days,had s*xual activity but no deep pe*******on but ej******ed on the 8th with Mr A and Same thing with Mr B on the 10th March around the vag..in.al area.
Had s*x march 22nd with Mr B and I didn't see my period and I did home pregnancy test on the 3rd April and tested positive,went for blood test and confirm positive again . Did scan in two different places. Scan 1 said 5weeks+0day EDD: 11/12/26

Scan 2 said 5weeks+2days.
EDD; 2/12/26

Please sorry for the long note, who could be likely responsible Mr A or Mr B?
Please help cause I'm really confused right now, thank you everyone.
