Episode 2:

I looked around before picking up the envelope. No one had seen him drop it. My fingers trembled as I opened it in the back office, next to the mop and broken fan.

Inside was a handwritten note:

"Don’t trust the man who always wears white. Protect your smile. I’ll be back."

My heart skipped a beat. Who was he talking about? Mr. Bayo, the manager, always wore white. Always.

That night, I couldn’t sleep. I kept thinking about the scarred stranger. Why me? What did he know? Why did his voice feel familiar… almost like someone from my past?

At 2 a.m., I heard a knock at my window. Not the door — the window. Quiet, urgent.

I pulled the curtain.

It was him.

Soaked from the rain. Scar shining under the moonlight. And in his hand… my necklace. The one I lost months ago.

"Can I come in?" he whispered.
