Some hard Facts alot dont face:
When I hear comments or conversations that go your houses are for rich people not for the common man I laughhhh.
We need to understand that cement is not cheap especially not now, we practically only have sand, roofing wood and water which comes at a cost available to us, everything is either produced with raw materials sourced from abrod or we have to bring in every thing especially for finishing to deliver the unparalleled standard we deliver with our volatile economy.
Victoria Crest Homes is a major face of change and driver of affordable housing solutions in the last decade, with the niche we carved, the communities we build and the innovative solutions and payment options we have continued to introduce.
If the government were to provide a system that gives good mortgage rates to her citizens then life can be made easy for the Rich, Middle or Common Man as we say and also for us the developers and indeed all the players especially private equity holders in this industry.
We have well over 20million units deficit and with all the players in this industry we produce less than 3million units a year for our continiously growing population. It is a major challenge and It's a tall order to go or sell below what you have put in especially for us who deliver top quality, not to mention the cost of fund.
Alot lies with us the citizens and our government to improve the standards of our living conditions in this nation.
