Chapter 2 of LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

Days turned into weeks, but his eyes—those unforgettable eyes—lingered in my thoughts. I tried to shrug it off, convinced it was just a fleeting moment.

It was just a few days to my university graduation when I went to pick up the dress I bought. As I walked into the store, he was there, looking as handsome as ever. His eyes were the same; he was trying on a suit and checking himself in the mirror. Our eyes met, he turned and smiled at me. Then, a pretty girl walked up to him and adjusted his tie. Instantly, jealousy hit me and I turned to leave, but the store attendant called to say my dress was ready.

I collected my dress and the attendant asked me to try it on before taking it home. In the dressing area, I put on the dress and came out for the staff to see.

“It looks so good on you,” she said, and I smiled.

As I admired myself, I suddenly felt someone yank off my hair band.

“Ouch!” I screamed, turning back, annoyed.

“Now you look even more beautiful,” the girl said.

I was fuming—until I realized it was the same girl I’d seen with him before.

He rushed over, apologizing quickly.

“I’m so sorry, my sister can be dumb at times,” he said.

“Sis… sister?” I stammered, surprised.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

Hi, I'm Gabriella but people call me Ella

I never believed in love at first sight until I met him at the party. Our eyes
met and for a moment, the noisy world faded. He had the most beautiful eyes that one would get lost in if they stared too much. But then he walked up to me and asked if I was okay. I couldn't speak, I tried pinching myself but I couldn't move my body.

"Are you okay?" He asked again
I tried speaking but the words were caught in my throat. But then I heard my name and I looked back and saw that it was my friend Anna.

I turned to leave but he held me back and asked again "Are you okay?"

"Yes" I stuttered and he left with a smile on his face

Anna ran up to me and asked if something was wrong and I replied no

How could I tell her that I was smitten by someone, I thought to myself. We left the party and that was the last time I saw him.

I told Anna about it and she said fate works in mysterious ways

Andrea went to the first aid box and took out the syringes and injection which she injected into his body.

" I'll call later, I have to go " Elizabeth said

" Okay "

"Angelo please wake up" Andrea said as she held his palm

Andrew took bella home

"Good night love" Andrew said

"Good night"

Blanca saw a shadow at the front door, so she went to check. She saw Bella and Andrew

"Love mosquitoes come inside" she shouted

"Go inside" Andrew said and Bella went inside

As he was about to leave Blanca called him back

" Andrew!!!!" She called

" Where are you going to?" She asked

" Home" he replied

" I said love mosquitoes not love mosquito. So get inside now" she screamed and Andrew swallowed his saliva

"What do you mean by I'm getting married?" Andres shouted

Mina and Mrs Power entered into the Suarez mansion. They saw Andres shouting at his father.

"How can I get married to a slut? Out of all the girls in this world, why did you pick her?" He yelled

"Andres!!!!!" Mr Suarez shouted

Ella signaled Andres to stop talking but he ignored her.
As Andres was about to leave he saw Mrs Power standing and her expression was bad.

"Mrs Power, I won't get married to your daughter. Look for another suitor for her" he said and he bowed.

"If you step out, forget that you have a father" Mr Suarez said

"You were never a father to me. Before you think of disowning me, I have already disowned you" Andres said and he walked out of the house

"That bastard"Mr Suarez screamed and Mrs Power left the house

LATER THAT NIGHT>>>>>>

A3 PRIVATE ROOM

Andrea went to her room and found Angelo sleeping.

"He looks so cute while sleeping" she said as she looked at his lips

She noticed that he was sweating a lot.

"The weather is cold, why he is sweating so much" she asked herself

She moved closer to him and touched is body. It was so hot

"What the heck!!" She screamed

"Angelo!! Angelo!!!!" She called but he didn't respond

She picked up her phone and called Aunt Elizabeth.

"Hello Andy"

"Aunt!!! Aunt!!!!" She cried

"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Elizabeth asked

"It's Angelo, his body is hot and he is not responding" she said

"Ohhh God!!! check his supplement!! Has he been taking them? " Elizabeth said

Andrea went to check the supplements and she saw four tablets remaining. She calculated the number of days he took them, it was then she realized that it was her fault.

" Aunt he hasn't taken them for two days " she said

" What!!!! " Elizabeth screamed

" You know where the syringes are?" Elizabeth asked

" Yes" Andrea said

" Can you use them? "

" Yes " Andrea answered

" Good, the principal didn't want to accept me but I had to exchange something for his service" she said

"The good thing is that I have him at the back of my hand and I can get him anytime" Scarlett chuckled.

SUAREZ MANSION

"Where is your son woman?"Mr Suarez shouted

"He'll be here soon" Mrs Suarez answered

"Dad he's here" Ella said

"Good afternoon mum" Andres said and he kissed her cheek

"How are you love?" Mrs Suarez asked

"Good" he said and he faced his dad

"Why did you call for me?" Andres asked

"You are getting married son, you are getting married to Mina the daughter of Mrs Power" he said

"Aurora, did something happen to you yesterday?" Bella asked

"No" Aurora lied

"Are you sure?" Bella asked

"What the hell is your business?" She yelled

"My business????" Bella laughed

"Did I do anything bad caring about you?" Bella shouted

"What about you???" Aurora asked

" You say you are my friend but you keep things away from me" Aurora yelled

" I'm sorry" bella apologized

" I wanted to tell you but I just got carried away" bella cried

" How did you know something happened yesterday?" Aurora asked

" I found out from Andres" bella answered

" I never knew he was a busy body" Aurora murmured

" As you can see I'm fine, you don't have to worry about me" Aurora said and she left

" Are you still angry?" Bella shouted as she followed her

"No" Aurora said

"Okay, wait for me" bella said but Aurora ran away

They kept on running but Bella took a short cut and caught up with her.

"You don't know how to run" Bella said as she tried to catch her breath

"Whatever" Aurora said and she laughed

"Gosh I'm tired" Aurora complained

Angelo was about to go out but he saw Andrea in the living room.

"Angelo!!!" She called

"Huh.... Yes" He said

"You've been avoiding me" she said

"No I'm not" he said

"Let's go somewhere, I want to tell you something" she said

"Okay.... when???" He asked

"I'll tell you when it's time" she said and he went back to his room

"Why is he feeling bad?" She asked herself

"I feel bad for making him think that he is at fault. I kinda enjoyed last night" she muttered.

"Miss Scarlett, here is your ID card" the principal said while buttoning his shirt

"Thanks" Scarlett said as she dragged her skirt down and she walked out of his office

She felt her phone vibrating and she looked at it. It was mina calling

"Hello" she said
