Good day friends. I believe this month is opening up beautifully for you.

I ended up in the clinic yesterday because I want to exercise like my husband. He walks every night. I started exercising long before he did. Now I can’t get him to take one day off. I decided to do like him.
Walked for my regular time 1:30hrs for 3 consecutive mornings. By the 4th morning, my feet protested. Could not go to church on Sunday. I became feverish on Sunday night. Hmmm😟. Monday I ended up in hospital for serious body pains. Tests show I am fine. The doctor without knowing what I had done said could be strenuous exercise/work.

I told myself I will return to my every other day routine with my regular 18hour intermittent fasting. Only for me to stop by my designers shop on my way back to try a skirt I gave them to sew about a month ago. With my former measurements, skirt was too big. They now have to take 1inch off from both sides. I then remembered that when I weighed myself at the clinic, my weight was down by 2.5kg. I took a second look at myself in the mirror when I got back, yes I was trimmer. Pain didn’t allow me even look at the mirror when I was leaving.
Chai, weight that I have been trying to take off since January.

This morning, I have put my canvass back on. I was given Panadol yesterday. If that nonsense pain shows up, I will knock it off with it, until my body adjust to my new routine. 7.5 to 10kg off before Christmas is my goal. So I can eat plenty rice and turkey then, because rice would have gone back to its former price. Abundant food everywhere. No weight watching then💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.

Keep doing that necessary thing you must do to achieve what you want. Yes, it usually starts with discomfort, sometimes grave like mine. It will buzz off if you stick to it. That’s part of change process anyway. Did you watch my video on the stages of change one goes through? I just experienced one.
