🔥 OSUN ELECTION: THE BATTLE MAY NOT BE OVER!

The political temperature in Osun State is rising again as the APC reportedly refuses to accept the outcome of the governorship election and signals its intention to challenge the result in court.

Supporters of Governor Ademola Adeleke are celebrating what they see as a clear victory, while APC loyalists insist that alleged irregularities deserve judicial scrutiny.

Now the bigger question is: When a political party rejects an election result, should it accept defeat and move on—or is going to court an essential part of protecting democracy?

Some Nigerians argue that challenging questionable results strengthens democracy because every allegation should be tested through due process.

Others believe that repeatedly disputing election outcomes can undermine public confidence and create unnecessary political tension.

⚖️ The courtroom—not the streets—should ultimately determine whether the election was conducted according to the law.

💬 YOUR TURN: If you were in Osun State, would you support APC taking the matter to court, or should the party accept Adeleke’s victory and prepare for the next election?

Let the debate begin—but keep it respectful.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 “MAKE PEACE WITH IRAN!” — A SHOCKING CLAIM ROCKS THE INTERNET

A dramatic claim circulating online alleges that U.S. Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine urged President Donald Trump to seek peace with Iran, supposedly warning that the United States has run out of viable military options.

The viral post further claims that continued fighting could become a disaster, with concerns over weapons, supply lines, troop readiness and the possibility of a dangerous ground operation. It also links the controversy to the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most important oil-shipping routes.

But there is an important caution: I could not find credible evidence confirming that Gen. Caine actually said “we’ve lost this war” or the other quotes attributed to him in the viral graphic. So these statements should be treated as unverified claims, not established facts.

If true, such a statement would represent a dramatic shift in the debate over the U.S.–Iran conflict. If false, it would be another powerful example of how sensational military and political claims can spread rapidly online.

🔥 The question now is: Is this a genuine warning from America's top military leadership—or a viral story designed to influence public opinion?

What do you think? Has the U.S.–Iran conflict reached the point where diplomacy is the only realistic option?

🔥Former Chief Security Officer to the late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, Maj. Hamza Al-Mustapha (retd.), has dismissed claims by a former Department of State Services operative, Dennis Amachree, about the final moments of the late military ruler.

🔥Al-Mustapha described the account as false and urged Nigerians not to believe it.

🔥He spoke with journalists on the sidelines of the 3rd General Hassan Usman Katsina Memorial Conference held at Arewa House, Kaduna, on Saturday.
,
🔥Rejecting the claims, Al-Mustapha alleged that the account was fabricated and did not reflect what happened.

🔥“The boy was asked by others to write those lies. I have all the CCTV footage of what happened in my custody, so what he said is not true,” Al-Mustapha said.

🔥The retired army major maintained that he possessed evidence capable of contradicting the version of events contained in the publication but did not elaborate on the footage or indicate whether he intended to make it public.

🔥He urged Nigerians to disregard the claims, insisting that it was wrong to make allegations against a deceased person who could no longer defend himself.

🔥— Ex-DSS Officer Shares Shocking Account of Late Abacha's Final Moments

A former Assistant Director of the DSS, Dennis Amachree, claimed in his newly released book that Nigeria's former Head of State, Sani Abacha, died from a cardiac arrest during an intimate encounter at the Presidential Villa in Abuja in 1998.

According to Amachree, the woman who was with Abacha allegedly told investigators: "I did not kill him, he died on top of me."

The retired DSS operative said his account contradicts the long-standing conspiracy theories surrounding Abacha's death, including claims involving poisoned apples and foreign women. He insists the incident was the result of a coitus-induced cardiac arrest.

The claims are contained in his new book, DSS @40: My Journey Behind the Shield, and have sparked fresh debate over one of Nigeria's most controversial moments in history.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Trump Calls on Gulf Nations to Repay U.S. for Strait of Hormuz Security; Viral Putin Quote Remains Unverified

U.S. President Donald Trump has sparked fresh international debate after stating that the United States has spent billions of dollars protecting the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most strategically important shipping routes.

According to Trump, Gulf nations have benefited from American military efforts to keep the vital waterway open and secure. He argued that countries in the region should reimburse Washington for the enormous costs incurred over the years.

Following Trump's remarks, a statement widely shared across social media claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin responded by saying that Russia never asked the United States to fight Iran or protect the Strait of Hormuz, adding that Russia would not pay America "a single penny."

However, there is no official confirmation that Putin ever made this statement. As of now, the alleged quote has not been published or verified by the Kremlin, nor has it been reported by any major international news organization. Independent fact-checks indicate that the claim remains unverified and should be treated with caution until credible evidence emerges.

The Strait of Hormuz remains one of the world's most critical maritime passages, with a significant share of global oil exports passing through it every day. Because of its strategic importance, any political statements or military developments involving the region often attract worldwide attention and fuel intense discussions online.

As global tensions continue to shape international relations, experts urge the public to verify information before sharing viral claims, especially those involving world leaders and sensitive geopolitical issues.

What do you think? Should Gulf nations contribute financially to the security of the Strait of Hormuz, or should protecting international shipping remain a shared global responsibility? Share your thoughts in the comments.

🎗️IF ALI KHAMENEI WAS A MUSLIM… WHY WASN’T HE BURIED IMMEDIATELY?

🔥Since the shocking death of , one question has spread across social media like wildfire:

☝️“Islam teaches Muslims should be buried quickly… so why was his burial delayed?”

🙏Some people rushed to judgment.
❓Some questioned his faith.
💢Others began asking whether politics had taken priority over religion.

👌But here is the deeper truth many are missing.

💪was not just an ordinary man. He was one of the most powerful Islamic leaders in modern history — a man followed, respected, and debated by millions across the world.

🤲Yes, Islam encourages burying the dead as soon as possible.

But Islam also recognizes exceptional circumstances.

When a world leader falls suddenly:

- Millions demand a final goodbye.
- Nations enter days of mourning.
- Security threats become real and dangerous.
- Governments organize ceremonies for history itself.

The delay was not proof of lack of faith.

It was the weight of history, politics, grief, and responsibility unfolding before the eyes of the world.

🫵Before judging a moment, understand the burden behind it.

Not every delay is disobedience. Sometimes… history itself slows time.

What do YOU think?❓
Should global leaders always be buried immediately according to Islamic tradition — or do extraordinary situations deserve extraordinary exceptions?
