Yaba Local Council Development Area has it secretariat at 198, Herbert Macaulay Street, Yaba. It was carved out of the Lagos Mainland Local Government.

For information purpose and to bring the activities of the LCDA to the general public especially the People that fall withing the Council landmark area.
