Dont Try to outrun God.

God makes everything beautiful in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). The pursuit of the vanities of this world has robbed many people of far greater and better blessings from God. It is not bad to want to achieve something great or pursue a good cause, but if you try to outrun God, you may never achieve that goal, and worse still, you may pay for it with something very precious to you. God knows your desires; in fact, it is likely that He is the one who put them there. He knows the best times and the best ways for those desires to be accomplished, so, don’t try to act smarter than the One who made your brain.

Years ago, I was duped by a man who promised to make me a commandant of a paramilitary group. This man had been sending messages to me through my secretary for a while, and so, one day, I gave him audience. He explained to me how a Boy-Scouts-like group had evolved into this new agency, and that he was sourcing for who would lead the group spiritually. Normally, I ask God before getting involved in anything at all, but this time, my love for the military in my younger days beclouded my best instincts, and I agreed to be their head. He told me that they needed some funding, which I gave as the prospective head. However, I later found out that the man was a fake. My desire to be part of a paramilitary group made me run ahead of God, but God had already purposed for Redemption City to have its own corps of chaplains as well as a local Police post. He knew the desire of my heart, and He had planned for it to be fulfilled in His own time. I thought that I could bring my desire to fulfilment at my own time, but I was wrong. What I lost in that experience was money, but for someone else, it might have been their life or a loved one.

The Bible makes it clear that God delights in our well-being and prosperity (Psalm 35:27), (3 John 1:2). Therefore, it is not wrong to desire wealth. He will definitely make you prosper, but in His own time. Beloved, follow God’s timing; don’t try to outrun Him.

There are many seasons in the life of a man, and they are called seasons to because they will soon pass 🙏

There was another season of studying to pass exams, weac and jamb palava😂, then getting admission, waiting to be enlisted for nysc, getting a job, and the list continues, this earth is not a resting place my people, HEAVEN actually is!!!

So I realized that every man is in God's waiting room at one point or the other, just that what we are waiting for is different and unique in its own way .

Hebrews 10:36
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Since we're all in God's waiting room, what we need is PATIENCE!!!

I don't want to talk about the days you have to go to bed crying, the days you wake up happy feeling you're good for the day and all of a sudden someone or a situation reminds you of your current state, I have been there before 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Well, I am here to remind you that you don't need that tears, constant mood swings, and daily reminder of how others have gone ahead of you.

What you need is an attitude of patience.

Are you sure you're in God's will for you, then find rest in God.

It may take a while, but I can assure you, you will get it under God

You're not the only one in God's waiting room, it's the devil's lie to make you feel you're the only one that doesn't have all the good things you desire.

God is a good good father, he knows how to give the best gifts to us his children, please trust God, find grace to be patient 🙏🙏🙏

This is the day that the Lord has made, therefore I rejoice and I remain glad in it💃💃

I decree and I declare that the Lord is my strength and my salvation, the Lord is the strength of my life, I shall not be afraid of anything or anyone.

Therefore, no evil weapon fashioned against me shall prosper, any tongue that shall rise against me the Lord will condemn.

This week, I excel in purpose, I excel in destiny, I excel in ministry, I excel in my relationship with God and men, i excel in business, the works of my hands are blessed, i have the nations as an inheritance.

My steps are ordered by the Lord, I walk into prepared blessings, the favour of the Lord encompasses me as a shield, it is well with me and mine in Jesus name, Amen.

Surely, God's goodness and mercies shall follow me, all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord, forever and ever.

I am that woman that the world is waiting for,I will not fail my generation, Amen
