Dear PWs! Please stop fighting for position. That you are a Pastor's wife doesn't automatically make you the women leader.

Are you called to be a women leader?

I'm sure it comes with its own responsibilities and its possible your creator didn't call you to that.

Knowing who you are, whose you are and what you are called to do personally will help you blend well in ministry.

I have seen PW getting angry about position but I smiled 'cause I told myself long time ago that this position is an honorable one which doesn't need giragira. Be in purpose and honour will find you there.

Soft Reminder: Lydia's ministry is not higher than Martha's ministry in the sight of God. What matter is how you are making a difference in your corner of the world and ministry. Your ministry may even be a silent one, biko be joyful about it.

Being a Pastor's wife is a journey and a ministerial calling that has less or no manual. A lot of PW learn on the go and this can be so draining especially when there is no support group.

As much as a PWs want to grow, her environment may not allow it some times due to the people in it and their belief system. The people surrounding a PW has a lot to do with her growth always.

Dear PW! Welcome to the community where you can rant, share how you feel, ask questions and pour out your challenges. It's different from the regular you are use to. We will talk about God, share, hold each other, pray and study together, hangout and go for personal care too.
