Feeding Africa, widely known for its humanitarian drive to eradicate hunger across the continent, has extended its compassionate mission by launching a bold and life-saving initiative: Abba’s House; a sanctuary of healing, restoration, and new beginnings for women experiencing domestic violence and abuse.

Abba’s House is more than a building; it is a beacon of hope. With a 20-bed facility, this newly established shelter is designed to offer immediate and holistic support to women who have made the courageous decision to walk away from pain, fear, and violence. It is a place where broken spirits are mended and lives can begin again.

This initiative offers:
- Shelter: A safe and confidential environment where women can find immediate protection from danger.

- Nutritious Meals: Daily provisions to nourish bodies that have suffered neglect.

- Clothing: Clean, decent wear that restores dignity and confidence.

- Compassionate Support: Warmth, listening ears, and guidance for women who have long been silenced by fear.

Abba’s House welcomes every woman with open arms, affirming her worth, her voice, and her right to live free from abuse. It is named after "Abba," a name that speaks of a loving Father, a protector, and a restorer because every woman deserves to know that she is loved, valued, and not alone

Beyond the basics, Feeding Africa Int’l is working to equip these women with the tools they need for a fresh start.
