REDUCE OLD AGE STRESS
Regular Exercise:
Regular exercise is the key to a healthier and more energized life. By incorporating exercise into your routine, you can not only maintain good physical health but also prevent joint pains. It's a powerful way to boost your energy levels and stay in top shape.
Live within Your Means:
Living within your means is a fundamental principle of financial stability.
It means making mindful choices about your spending, and ensuring that your expenses align with your income.
By living within your means, you can avoid unnecessary debt and financial stress, ultimately leading to a more secure and balanced life.
If You Can't Afford It Twice, Don't Purchase:
A wise rule of thumb regarding spending is to consider if you can afford to buy something twice. If the answer is no, it's best to refrain from making the purchase.
This practice helps you avoid impulsive buying decisions and encourages responsible financial behavior.
Advanced Purchase:
When making more significant purchases, taking a thoughtful approach is essential. If a purchase exceeds 10% of your income, it's prudent to reconsider buying it.
This advanced perspective allows you to prioritize financial stability and make informed decisions about your expenses.
Don't Buy Liability
Before acquiring a liability, such as a loan or debt, it's crucial to have an asset that can cover its cost. This approach ensures that your financial decisions are based on sustainable foundations and minimizes the risk of accumulating debt without adequate means to repay it.
Do the Work You Love:
Doing the work you love is essential to leading a fulfilling life. When you pursue a career that aligns with your passions and interests, you enjoy your work and experience a sense of purpose and satisfaction. It can significantly contribute to your overall well-being and happiness.
You Don't Need More Than Three Friends:
A few genuine and supportive friends can be more valuable than a large circle of acquaintances. True friends are those who genuinely care about your success and happiness. By surrounding yourself with a tight-knit group of three real friends, you create a supportive network that will push you to overcome obstacles and stay on track towards your goals.
Have More Than One Source of Income:
Relying solely on a single income source can leave you vulnerable to financial instability. By diversifying your income and having multiple revenue streams, you can enhance your financial security and create opportunities for growth. Having more than one source of income opens up possibilities for savings, investments, and achieving your economic aspirations.
Remember, regular exercise is the key to a healthier lifestyle while living within your means leads to financial stability. Make wise purchase decisions and prioritize your assets over liabilities. Pursue a career you love and cherish the value of true friendship. Lastly, diversify your income sources for financial security.

Nigerian Navy Debunks Rumors About Handover
The Nigerian Navy authorities have categorically denied the rumors circulating in some media outlets claiming that Vice Admiral Awwal Zubairu Gambo, the outgoing Chief of Naval Staff, refused to hand over his post to Admiral Ikechukwu Ogalla, his successor.
In an official statement, Commodore Adedotun Ayo-Vaughan, the Director of Naval Information, declared these allegations to be false and fabricated.

He clarified, "The media reports are total lies, misleading, and capable of spreading falsehood to unsuspecting members of the public. It is, therefore, necessary to put the record straight."
The events leading to the formal handing and taking over ceremony have already commenced and will culminate in a public ceremony on Friday, June 23, 2023, in line with long-standing naval traditions.
Commodore Ayo-Vaughan further mentioned that sister Services are also scheduled to conduct their own handing and taking over ceremonies on specific dates.
